Ordered 2 Thin Crust Speciality for pick up. However due to car trouble was 30 minutes late picking it up. Both were still hot & the crust was perfectly crisp. The employee was also very kind. Thank you Bemiss store in Valdosta, GA for 2 great pizzas.

Let’s start with my food is always hot and my order is always correct. The people inside are clean and friendly and talk to you like a real person.
I have to make sure y’all know how important that drive thru pick up window is. I know it sounds silly but i have a disabled 7 year old who talks about pizza 24/7 but unloading him, balancing pizza, parking lot eloping, and reloading him is sometimes too much. The pick up window helps me avoid all of that and he loves to talk to the workers and tell them Thank you!

Ordered online…was very pleased with the triple treat box. Its a great deal. The food was ready in a timely manner and pick up was smooth. I love that the pizzas came in a holiday box like a gift. The food was hot and the bread was melt in your mouth good. Keep it up Pizza Hut.

I order from this location often, but this was a unique fun experience. When I called on the phone, they were very polite answering my questions about deals. First time that I used the 3 topping Large deal in June 2025, it came as expected. After the 2nd and 3rd purchases in July 2025, the pizza was served thin and dried out (see photo).
Since this was a group order I asked my coworkers if their pizzas were thin and they were not; nice, thick and juicy as one would expect. Starting to bet that this location will thin pizzas out in secret to save on costs, when a customer uses a certain deal, essentially giving the customer half the product paid for.

Disappointed and frustrated—never again at this location.
I ordered online from Pizza Hut at 4443 Bemiss Road yesterday and never received my food. When I called to ask about my order, the employee immediately went on a rant claiming there were no active orders—without even verifying who I was. After several attempts to get him to listen, he finally found my order and casually suggested the driver may have delivered it to someone else. No apology. No accountability.
I live just five minutes away and have ordered from this location many times using the same app—never had an issue finding my home. But this time, the employee shrugged off the mistake and offered to remake the food and send it out. By then, I was furious. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was unacceptable, so I requested a refund.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with the Bemiss Road location. That’s why I usually go out of my way to visit the West Hill Avenue Pizza Hut—they consistently deliver great food and even better service. If you value respect and reliability, skip Bemiss. It’s been a disappointment too many times.
