It’s the day after xmas and not too many clients. The soups we ordered were warm, where we had them reheated. After getting them back, my wife had no spoon. So more time wasted waiting for one. We had French Onion, and Lobster Shrimp Bisque which they called lobster chowder. Tho onion soup was salty and my wife just took it to go. To me, the Lobster chowder was not worth it. It had too much corn which is something i would never of expected and the taste was more like a liquid corn soup. It contained small pieces of shrimp, no lobster, with lots of corn, but not at all impressive. I would rate the soups no more than a 1.5 out of 5.
The Outlaw Ribeye tasted good, but i’ve had more tender ones in other places. To me it was not a good an experience that i was expecting. The drinks were mixed up, and the fries were warm, not hot.
The waitress spend so much time talking to other clients, that we had to wait extra time for spoons, drinks and even barbecue sauce.
But what can you expect after a holiday.

Brandy, the server was absolutely wonderful, and the gentleman that seated me young man. Both were genuine, friendly, and kind. I’ve been here before I thought of you, but it looks like I didn’t. Came here for lunch really good value menu. Had dinner here a while back unbelievable. U can always tell a place by its asparagus and French onion soup. Five stars.

I frequently go here because my son enjoys it. I was a bit disappointed because the manager (or whomever in charge – a woman with a colorful shirt) didn’t acknowledge me. Twice. First by taking someone how was in line behind me. Second when we were finally called (quoted 30 minutes but closer to 45) she told the hostess that we had toove to the side (after we were called up to be seated). I don’t understand why I was treated like I should be avoided or not as important as someone else there. Did I not look like a good customer? My actual server was great. I worked at restaurants and I know they get busy, but I always treat people with the same respect that I want. Hope you learn this eventually lady. I’ll continue to go here because my son likes it and I have done a lot more for him than this. In the scheme of things I won’t lose any sleep. Honest feedback.

I went to this LongHorn in Avon at the beginning of the week. I just wanted to relay my appreciation for the manager there and the staff for going out of their way to fix my steak multiple times. I wasn’t judged or given an attitude for my sensory issues and the management was incredibly understanding and apologetic. I think that had been one the best experiences I’ve had where I wasn’t made to feel bad for bringing up that my food wasn’t made correctly. There was some kind of miscommunication but they went out of their way to remedy that and be accommodating and understanding. Thank you for being kind.
Overall a very pleasant experience and very accommodating to those with Autism or other sensory issues. They could use a few table lights though as it was a bit hard to see in the dining room.

Great experience! First time here, and we both had steak and my husband had the fire roasted corn and the lobster tail. The fire roasted corn definitely had the elote seasoning which was great.
Sweet potato with brown sugar and butter was delicious also! Thought the food and service was great! Love the free bread they bring!
My only criticism is because the floor is carpet. You can see every crumb on the floor!

We had a wonderful lunch at Long Horns in Westlake, Oh Sunday. Eating like kings and queens, we were able to use our bonus coupons for wings and dessert. But the best was the Chopped Steak with grilled onions and mushrooms, delicious. We have been to North Olmsteds new addition Texas Roadhouse recently but Long Horns is a better choice. Better taste better service better atmosphere. Sorry Roadhouse you were good but Long Horns was excellent.
