Ordered two pizzas on line and showed up 15 minutes before scheduled. They had no order for us although we had been charged $52. I showed the person in charge who called the other pizza hut and confirmed they did not have the order either. After a lot of back and forth she found the order back in the oven. I left thoroughly frustrated. Never again will I use Pizza Hut or order on line again!

This review is about the restaurant and while the service was sufficient it was only just. We were interested in checking out the “new” Pizza Hut thinking it was a dine in. It was clean but also an embarrassment for a dine in restaurant and Pizza Hut should seriously reconsider this location or reevaluate what kind of Pizza Hut location this is supposed to be. Is it a dine in or is it a carryout/delivery?

We stopped in happy to find a sit down Pizza Hut. They took our order at the front counter and brought us our food in boxes and gave us napkins, no plates. My wife asked for salt and pepper and they said they aren’t that kind of Pizza Hut. “We are more of a fast food place” I don’t know what that means. 2 stars because it is clean here. That’s about it.

What a disappointment!! Haven’t had a Pizza Hut Pizza in a minute, and thought I would try the Detroit style pizza as it is currently being advertised on TV. But when I went online to order it, I was directed to call the store. So I called the store number they provided and got a broken English speaking gentleman asking me for my phone number. After a frustrating dialog, I finally hung up and called back, hoping to get a better communicator. After a couple minutes with the answering service, I was able to place an order (Not a Deroit style pizza). A medium pizza and an order of bread sticks came to 33.00 bucks. I went and picked up my pizza, and the restaurant appeared dark and not open. I drove around and saw a person thru the window, so I parked and went into a completely empty restaurant except for a young lady and man behind the counter. I gave them my name and paid for my order. I asked them about Detroit style pizza? To no avail and then asked about the call-in number and why it doesn’t come to the store? I was told that when she was too busy to answer the phone, it flips over to the answering service. I looked around to a completely empty dining room and said ok. Took my pizza and bread sticks home and had a so-so meal. Overall, it was an absolute terrible experience from the ordering process to food quality and value. Sadly, I will not be going back to Pizza Hut again and am convinced this pizza chain is in trouble. If I had stock in YUM, I would sell it.
