Went for the reduced price all you can eat pizza buffet they advertised for 10.88/w drink(mondays). That was last week, its now 17 and change per person. Apparently this special is always last week. I love the pizza here but everytime I go it feels like im getting ripped off. I have been twice and this happened both times. Has anyone ever got this special or has it always been a scam. I see it advertised every couple months but have never made it before the manager “changed it last week”.

I had a late lunch at this Pizza Hut 09/23/2023. But what shocked me was the prices. My Personal Pan Pizza was cheaper at $6.89 then my FIVE Bread Sticks at $7.49. No fountain drinks only in bottles at $2.89 but you can get ice in a plastic glass. I was the only customer inside this Pizza Hut that sat down to eat. My waitress was nice and brought out the food hot. But with the prices of the food my tip was $2.00 10.6% plus a penny. On the menu I didn’t see any prices at all my mistake was not asking about the prices before I ordered. The food was good but too much noise inside this Pizza Hut.

The ladies bathroom is disgusting. The toilet and sink need replaced. The sink is on a constant drip and then sprays you all over when you use it. The toilet is old and has stains and whatever else on it. The soap is so cheap I have no clue how employees have clean hands! There is a faux tree with inches of dust all over it. I mean gross, just throw it away! Replacing the items in the bathroom to give paying customers a clean facility should be common sense….It is nasty.

I giving one star for this particular day because I spent $35 dollars for burned food. I went into Pizza Hut on Plant Ave. Waycross Ga. to pick up an online order that stated it was ready but when I go to pick it up from the restaurant it wasn’t ready and ended waiting another 30 mins for my order. The reason for this post is the 2 pics accompanying this review. The pizza had dark burned spots on it but it was eatable and my son devoured it so it was alright. As I said the pizza was eatable but the cookie was given to me this way and I was upset because the chocolate cookie is a fave of mine and this is not the first time I have received a burnt cookie from them. I have been going to this PH for years and will still patronize this restaurant beside the people that work there are nice but I just wanted it to be known that giving paying customers burned food is not acceptable.
