Always pick up your order. Dont order online, if you do call to confirm it went through. There’s a bad shortage of delivery drivers. Usually outsourced through uber eats and the drive WILL forget something. The shop can’t just send another driver with your food because of the outsourcing. They will take care of you and are very nice.

spent $35 for pizza that was funny shaped and cheese sliding off the pizza. The pizza was not even cut all the way through ! When I tried to call for a manager I was on hold for a total of over 30 minutes. I kept calling and was still put on hold.

Do not understand why we can’t leave a 0-star rating. Granted, this should get a NEGATIVE star review. Most disgusting pizza I’ve ever ate. They overcharge you for disgusting food, then make you pay a $5 delivery fee just to DoorDash it to your house. When you call to complain, they tell you that you have to go even more out of your way and bring it back to possibly get a refund. One and done for this dump.

Seems like its going downhill with pizza hut. Paid extra for stuffed crust and did not recieve. Toppings missing from the specialty pizza. Delivery driver texting me asking for more tip, delivery driver calling my phone two times, knocking on my door two times, and ringing my doorbell two times. The delivery driver called as they were at my door, not before, to clear up if they were contacting me due to no stuffed crust or out of toppings. Had the contactless delivery checked, along with notes stating “Please do not knock, leave in chair.” Very upsetting they knocked as it woke my sleeping mother and was the whole reason for the no contact delivery. Pizza was cold due to waiting for the driver to go away from my door… It was a $22 order and my tip was $7.75… how do you have the nerve to ask for more money. I would hire you to be a persistent salesperson, delivery is not your thing whoever you were. Pizza hut also if you were out of stuffed crust and/or a topping contact the customer or something and let them know and also do not continue to charge for it. That is conceived as theft by most.

I’ve ordered from here twice since to this side of town. The first time, I ordered the pizza was hot and fresh, and was ready when I got there. However, I ordered from there online the other day and the wait time was 40 minutes…. my pizza would be ready by 7:15. However, when I got there at 7:20 my food wasn’t ready…. hadn’t even been put in the oven yet according to the worker. When I asked how long, she said it would be another 40 minutes.

This location has done a complete 180 in the past year! It is now my favorite Pizza Hut location. The staff is welcoming and diligent. My last half dozen trips here have left me walking out with a beautiful pizza! Whoever is managing this place now has done a great job! This location has the old-school quality that Pizza Hit used to consistently have! Perfectly cooked bread sticks and pizza! Hot and fresh. Service is excellent aaaand there is a drive-thru window for pickup! So convenient!!
