I put an online order in and they push it to door dash I never got my food. I called the store for a refund and they said door dash has to refund me even knowing I placed the order on the pizza hut website. So still no refund no pizza nothing. I called door dash and they said pizza hut should refund me. So I hope my bank can cancel it .

6:00 PM 11/30/22. All tables in dining room had chairs stacked on them. SEE ATTACHED PICTURE. Had to seat ourselves and get our own menus. Had to go up to register to place our order. Ordered 3 topping large thin crust pizza cost $25.00.When we asked for parmesian cheese we were told it would cost another $1.07. Rude employees. Terrible service. HOW THEY ARE STILL OPEN IS BEYOND ME!!

I went to pick up an online order. First, the restaurant is dirty. No one who handles food wears gloves. Second, the cook was on the phone the entire time I was there (about 20 minutes). Third, the cashier is incredibly rude. She handed me a 16 oz. drink when I paid for a 2 liter. One pizza had almost no topping. She and the manager were very rude when I showed them the pizza. The second one they made was the same. By the time I got it redone, the first pizza was cold and my drink wasn’t. No apology for any of the mistakes, just RUDENESS.

Placed an order online said it would be ready in 20 minutes, get there and they have me waiting, then tell me they messed up the order had to redo the order! Finally over an hour after I placed the order I get my food. Call up there and get hung up on! Miss the days when businesses appreciated their customers.

Worst service I’ve ever had hands down. There was a couple in front of me that had fantastic service, of a different race than myself. Two employees at the counter, neither of them tried to assist me, the girl got on her phone, I had to interrupt the employees to get service, I was there to pick up a to go order. No other customers after that, the people in front of me asked for extra marinara we’re given 3 extras. I finally got service and was treated very poorly. When I sale for marinara I was given one. But any way I was treated with very different because of my white race !!! I called to speak with the manager and was hung up on!!
