Convenient location. Delicious hot food. Great customer service. Fast and accurate ordering. Checking meals before leaving the restaurant is a good practice. I saw training of new employees being done and organization of staff producing quality work. Great job to the store manager.

I have had the best experience here at this location. I come in frequently for to go orders and am always greeted with kindness. I want to specifically point out Dominique. He is the kindest, most down the earth person I’ve ever met. He always makes sure that orders are correct and does so with a smile on his face! The other person working with him was also great at preparing the orders, I wish i knew her name. Overall, Dominique made sure my experience was swift and excellent, which is how I feel! Pizza Hit, you have a strong employee that deserves everything!

We order from this place pretty often, usually not a problem – tonight we ordered in cash and it turns out that when your order cash all of their delivery drivers think you won’t tip them, so they just forward the order to DoorDash. When DoorDash refuses to come grab the order, they simply don’t run it and don’t don’t inform either party of the issue. Spoke to a nice young lady who basically told me “I don’t know, I would have to speak to a manager about that” when I asked why her own drivers couldn’t just run the order.
We ALWAYS tip, and I get being concerned you won’t be tipped – but you guys need to run the orders you’re given or just stop delivering pizza altogether.

Arrived at the store and was greeted by a very pleasant employee which was also very helpful on completing my order. While I waited I was amazed at how everyone was working together, it was nice to see staff working hard and enjoying it especially as busy as the store was. They were so attentive on the time the orders were promised to be ready. When any customer came in to pickup their they were asked to look at it to confirm everything was right…as well as myself. Food was great and will return often.

Your team at this location is wonderful!!! They are helpful and are always in a good spirit.. if I need pizza for anything, I will drive across town just to go to this location. The food is always great and I never have a problem with my order from there. I can tell that the management here takes pride and training their team to have great customer service.

Item I ordered online was sold out. Didn’t find out until I went to pick up my order. The. Was told they were sold out of the big box crusts. Had to place another order, and then wait for that order to be made. Took me an hour and a half to get 2 large pizzas.

This location is exceptional at great customer service, fresh and hot product, and high sanitation and cleanliness! Dominique (Management) is ever-present, professional, and inviting. My family has visited this store in the past, but changed our patronage to the competition, for various reasons. Since Mr. Dominique has come aboard, we have been very excited and pleased to be back as dedicated customers. Thank you Pizza Hut for Mr. Dominique and his leadership.

Ok so the worker at the window was polite. The pizza deadass had NO SAUCE! The wings I ordered were pretty good but when the main part of my meal isn’t edible, i don’t know. Also they close the lobby early but that’s not really a concern for me.

I pre-ordered a pizza this morning for a company lunch, I placed that order to be delivered around 11:45AM (you know around the time people eat lunch) they decided it was a great idea to deliver at 10:30AM over an hour before the requested time. So, when a majority of the people went to eat lunch it was cold, but oh great when we took a bite we realized the pizza was over cooked and it was too late to do anything about it since we had the pizza for over an hour at that point. Honestly don’t bother with this place, Papa John’s would never treat me this way.
