Horrible service! My pizza was wrong when I arrived after waiting another 20 min at pick up window. Then when I came in to tell then it was wrong, manager said she could re do would be another 20 min. Left. Came back. My pizza was made wrong AGAIN! And instead of an apology or even offering a drink while I waited…no one said nothing while I waited a hour more for new pizza. Then got home and it was undercooked. I will never be returning. The lack of customer service is unreal!

I placed an order that was never prepared nor was I notified. It was for my kids at church and Scottie who claimed to be the assistant manager lied and said orders had to be placed 24 hours in advance and when I told him that wasn’t true and his site should reflect that he said it has to be paid upfront and my order had been canceled which again was a lie. Then he refused to call the manager for me or prepare the pizza. I’m really about to dial back from pizza hut and not sure if I will order again. I have never had such poor customer service

Waited for 8, just barely warm boneless wings for 2 hours! Along with that, it’s no form of customer service every time I go. I’m sure they wont miss me taking my little $8 somewhere else for boneless wings.

This particular Pizza Hut is famous for giving customers rushed pizza which leaves the dough undercooked, I am not certain what perishable ingredients they use but most doughs have raw egg in them increasing the risk of salmonella poisoning. this particular order it was so under done only the bottom surface of the dough was cooked.

My experience wasn’t good. I’m allergic to sausage whether it’s pork or beef. I told Lanesha I do not want sausage of any kind on the supreme pizza. I wanted it with extra cheese. I should’ve checked it before I left but I was too tired to do so from an event I went to earlier today. Crazy but true. And I smelled a little bit of perfume on it! Lanesha repeated the order back to me but posted something different on my receipt. I threw out the pizza and took a couple of pictures. I called to speak to the manager and she was very polite. She offered to remake a pizza for me but I respectfully declined. Won’t be going there ever again!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT! Nothing but young kids working here anytime you order cheese sticks they serve them brown and burned, (but hot may I add) but definitely overcooked. And for the wings be careful they never give you what you order only “pieces of the wings” I’m sure you’re suppose to serve a whole wing! Don’t even bother with this ghetto place and the manager is rude !

Don’t understand how they are still open. Food and customer service is horrible. They will burn your food and think it’s funny. You can expect being ignored, rude comments. long waits, wrong orders, and seeing workers outside the building talking more than they are working.
