Ate provided some of the greatest customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. Most restaurants people are rude but her attitude was awesome with smiles. She made sure we had what we needed and she reassured me and my boyfriend to make sure our order was right. I have to say my experience was great.

As I sit here awaiting my order to be remade as it was left stacked in the oven I figured I would write a review. Two employees are just sitting down not doing nothing but being loud with what I assume is their kids, the other two young employees are trying to run the register, make the pizzas, clean, and run the oven. As a former pizza employee myself, the owner needs to get a manager that is actually going to run your restaurant properly. I will say this is the only Pizza Hut that I don’t get sick at, so you have that going for you.

Great experience with this Pizza Hut. I am in Augusta ordering delivery for someone at a nursing home in Waynesboro. The team was so helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The cashier explained they were out of brownies. I was okay with that. After I hung up the manager, Tae, called me back to ensure I felt taken care of and satisfied. Above and beyond! The cashier, My, was super pleasant and friendly.
