I ordered my meal on the App like I always do and my parents always like to dine in as they enjoy eating at the salad bar. We were rudely told we can’t do that by the waitress. She said people that order that way mess up the dining room and tear it apart? By getting our food faster? How would we tear up the dining room? We were ordering more food and drinks to go with my already $32 order. When I said we will just cancel and eat elsewhere the waitress said it was a new rule. My parents are senior citizens and they like dining in. They were so upset they made the decision to leave. Total disappointment.

I usually really enjoy the food and our regular servers. Tonight was NOT that night. We ordered carry out. It’s filled with people. I know it’s nuts especially the night before Thanksgiving. The man working the counter couldn’t be bothered to look up for 10 minutes. Finally acknowledged us and said he didn’t see our order and wasn’t worried about us. Then I tried to show him my email about my order and he told me getting angry would not help me. I simply wanted to show him to help him find my order. Had I not had my niece with me I would have left with a refund and been done.I would have left after calling out his horrible behavior. He is the ” manager”. Customer service may not be his bag. He needs to do better.

This was like stepping back into the 80’s and 90’s. This place was wonderful!!! And we’ll with the drive from Gainesville. The Pizza was delicious, the bread sticks were fantastic. Our server took really good care of us and was so patient with my autistic son as he was trying to order. I will be back for sure!!!

Me and my family went to Cornelia Pizza Hut after church, mind you this is a place me and my husband visit frequently,
There was 7 of us 4 adults and 3 kids. We were waiting to be seated and a waitress walks up to us telling us it’s gonna be a 45 min to an hour wait. It’s Sunday afternoon and maybe 4-5 tables were occupied at the time. We wouldn’t have mind waiting but she seemed to not want another group. She said she wouldn’t be able to set up a table for a large group. She went on to say they only had 2 waitresses there, they had call outs. Which is understandable, no reason for her to be rude and turn business away. People in today’s world just baffles me at their customer service skills. Again had her customer service been better we could have understood the wait and been fine waiting . Needless to say we walked out and will be calling from now on before go to dine in at the Cornelia Pizza Hut.
I will say the waitress on the night shift has always been super nice and never once made us feel like she didn’t want us there. Do better Cornelia Pizza Hut. This was very disappointing!!!!!

We have had just about all the food they serve here at one time or another. It’s usually quite good compared to the options we have near our home.
This time we went on a Sunday, the level of quality was dramatically lower than the last time we went ( several months ago) it’s seems like a new staff, unless it’s a weekend staff. The waitress was slow and inattentive, the wing were overcooked and tasted badly. The pizza was undercooked and the salad bar was out of several ingredients. I am very much hoping that this is only the weekend staffs lack of effort and that the quality of the restaurant has not dropped so dramatically.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. It was my husband birthday today , so as a family of 6 we walked and sat our self down as all other customers were doing as well. All other customers that got there got greeted by the waitress, took their order brought their drinks ,brought their plates mind you it was all white American people. We were the only Hispanic family there. So we sat there for 15-20minutes we never got spoke to. so I decided to stand up and speak To the waitress in a very respectful way, I asked her what was the reason why we were not getting attended I told her that I understood the Restaurant was very busy at the moment we got there and she proceeded to scream at me. So when that accord I asked for a manager. The manager that was there was the cook as well. She came out yelling at me saying that I should’ve waited to be seated, and I mentioned to her how come everyone else around us sat their self down and still got attended. This is racism, racism, racism, racism!!!!!! There was no need to start yelling in front of my children. There was no need to be rude when I was being very respectful after I mentioned to them that I understood it was busy. I ask the manager if I could have a phone number of someone above her and she said no!! And proceeded to yell at me from the kitchen as I walked out the building!
I will most definitely be calling corporate Monday morning!
Next time, choose a better manager because the manager that you have there has a mindset of a highschooler!!

We came here to dine in in the middle of the afternoon for a late lunch. When we got out a worker was standing in front of the door smoking a cigarette. She asked us if we were dining in or picking up and I said we’d like to dine in. She said the dining room was closed. But more than that even if I was picking up, I would not want to pick up a pizza with having to walk through nasty cigarette smoke. She needs to go somewhere else on the property if she’s going to smoke. That is not appetizing at all, picking up food having to deal with a smoker. It’s a disgusting nasty habit and especially at a food location.

Ordered pizza online and it was wrong….was told oh well that’s what you ordered. I would never have ordered jalapeno pepper. They very rude and when I tried to ask the person at the register if I.could find the sale history on my phone he turned away and said I don’t know anything about that. This is the second time he has been very rude. Will NOT be coming back.

We’re visiting from Virginia, loved our experience here at this location. The food was wonderful but the waitress was what made this visit top notch, she told us the specials and helped us pick what was perfect for our group. I would recommend anyone coming thru to stop here.

UPDATE went back (07/15/23) and it was great! I added some pictures of the menu and our pizza which was light sauce, half Italian sausage,half pepperoni and extra cheese on a pan crust. It came out within 30 minutes and the staff very friendly.
Had a carry out order for a large thin crust Italian sausage with extra cheese (see picture for price) We got a thin crust which looks fully loaded (see picture). The dough was almost uncooked in most places and it had hair in it.
