UPDATE: (3-4 days later or more)HUGE REMINDER as to why we stopped ordering from Pizza Hut years ago. Finally got an email response from Pizza Hut. Their solution was to print out their very vague email to the manager who will “take care of it”. THATS A HUGE NO THANK YOU when they couldn’t get a single thing right.
Save yourselves the trouble of ordering from here. Management said they would “look into it and give us a response in 2-3 business days.” We ordered two pizzas, one was disgusting due to being undercooked and not fully cut. The other pizza had the wrong toppings even though the receipt they gave us had the ingredients we ordered listed on it. Would give minus 2 stars if I could. They messed up BOTH pizzas!

I ordered 2 pizzas here for a Super Bowl party that I was attending. Specifically, 1 large pepperoni and 1 large ultimate pizza. Since it was on the day of the Super Bowl, there was a large queue of people getting pizza orders to go. I was notified that my order would be done in 30 minutes which didn’t phased me since I had arrived at 5pm and the party which was located in Alto wouldn’t start until 6:30pm. I have to commend the staff for doing their best keeping up with the orders on such a busy day. Eventually I got the pizzas along with some paper plates and napkins and was able to make it to the party. The pizzas were delicious pairing well with the other food items my friends brought. Overall a good time.

My mother is a Doordash Driver and she was at the store working. Picking up two separate orders. The employee (tall white man with a beard) was extremely rude to her. He screamed at her and did not let her pick up both orders. Not only does this have financial consequences for her, delays for your customers, but also the racism she experienced was at another level.
JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE LESS OF A PERSON
I know Customer Service and fast food is a hard job. I worked at a pizza place myself, but be nicer. You never know what the other person is going through in life and we are al humans trying to make a living. Don’t work at Customer Service place if you suck at the service part.
Btw I called the store to speak with a manager and no one answered my call. I hope that man has the life he deserves.

New manager is really trying hard to make this a great restaurant. He had more pizzas made for the buffet because what was left wasn’t what I wanted. He is genuine and doing a great job to teach staff how to make this a great place for customers to come eat. He is actively training them during their shift and making it known that the customers are most important. It is nice to hear a manager talk about pleasing customer over hitting numbers. Highly recommend this place under the new management and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Place looks a lot better in here, but it would be nice to enjoy a meal if they didn’t let these young girls come in here and use this place as a playhouse. They have to be young teenagers, putting their hands all in the lids, playing with the ice, being extremely loud, making videos. Seems like they make know the young worker. This should not be allowed. This is a business, not a playhouse. Food is still good, but the atmosphere is always awful.

I recently visited the revamped lunch bar at Pizza Hut and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The salad bar had very limited options and was not stocked — we had to ask for items to be refilled. There wasn’t even cheese pizza available until we requested it, and we also had to ask for forks.
It appeared that only two employees were working, which likely contributed to the lack of organization and slow restocking. While the staff seemed to be doing their best, the overall experience did not reflect a “revamped” lunch bar.
I hope management addresses staffing and consistency, because the concept has potential — but this visit did not meet expectations.

The manager on duty on Wednesday Night is incredibly weird and disrespectful. He has zero notion of customer service. A superb example of incompetence, whats even more remarkable is the lack of accountability from HR on this matter. The reviews of this location evidently indicate the same issue is recurring and nothing has been done to resolve this. You can’t order anything with out being met with his intolerable attitude, God forbid you ask for a napkin. He is easily identifiable by his unclean appearance. I left instead of eating there the whole experience there is extremely off putting. This guys is more than deserving of termination. If there aren’t cameras with audio to back this up, I suggest they be installed in every corner immediately. I’m sure there is someone above him, there is no way that he’d be in charge of this whole location considering his demeanor and uncleanliness.

Manager on duty is very rude. Poor service. I think he forgets that if it wasn’t for customers that he wouldn’t be in business. There is no room for rude nasty behavior in the restaurant business. Never again will I return. I also observed the Manager being hateful to a doordash driver who had attempted to pick up an order he was assigned and refused to give him the orders since there was 2 of them. Then said it would be another 20 minutes for 1 order of 1 pizza. Simply inexcusable attitude.

I will not go to pizza hut again.
Tried the dine in. No menu no service had to order on the counter. The pizza was in a box in the seating area. No plates nothing available. The service was extremely poor.
After ordering, the pizza took a whopping 40 minutes and it was luke warm. A very disappointing experience compared to other pizza huts.
