The menu is extensive but a lot of variations of similar things. Didn’t seem like a lot of seating but outdoor at night was cool. Took a while for the food to come or our server to come back, seemed like he was doing everything. Hamachi Kama is my favorite. Sushi rolls were fair. I wasn’t wowed but I’d come back as they are decent. Maybe some better vibes could up the experience. I felt like everything was fresh and made right though. Sushi fans check em out because they have a lot of Rolls

Sushi was really good! There was a lot of tempura shrimp options for people not wanting raw fish. Only feedback would be the pieces could have been cut to be smaller since it was hard to fit the full bite in your mouth

Hibiki Sushi offers an unparalleled gastronomic journey, interwoven with humor, charm, and a dash of the unexpected. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking to experience the art of sushi in its most exquisite form. Here’s to many more nights filled with laughter, good company, and, of course, extraordinary sushi.

I recently ordered the screaming orgasm mixed sashimi platter from Hibiki, and while the service was friendly and welcoming, nothing really stood out as exceptional. The fish quality was good, but the cuts were a bit thinner than I would have liked for sashimi. However, the highlight of the dish was definitely the spicy chef’s special sauce – it was well-balanced and complemented the sashimi perfectly. Additionally, when I ordered green tea, I was pleasantly surprised to receive actual matcha instead of the usual lower quality green tea. This attention to detail was much appreciated and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Hibiki was pleasant and enjoyable, and if you’re looking for good quality sashimi, friendly service, and little surprises like the matcha tea, Hibiki is definitely worth a visit.

Great casual spot! Walked in for lunch on a Sunday. We grabbed a beer, Sapporo Lite + Kirin (was the only draft), fried gyoza and a roll each. Frankie Special and the Dallas Deep Fried Roll were our choices. They were fresh and full of flavor. Decent prices, quick service and great food! Will be back and take them up on their Sake Bomb specials next time

Food was fresh and delicious! It was hard to pick which rolls to get with such a variety, but we were happy with everything! The appetizers were solid – really liked the garlic chili edamame! Over all, nice place for sushi and great service!

One of the best sushi places in Dallas. We come here weekly, it’s a small cozy place but worth the trip. Fresh tasty sushi at great prices. Jessi is the best, our fav server! Order the chicken Karage appetizer, Franky special roll, and a Japanese sprite
