Great experience at Pizza Hut on 10th Street! Oasis provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct and fresh. Just a late night option that usually works well. Tonight not so lucky. The personal pizza swimming in sauce. The boneless wings are drowning in sauce. They were definitely dead on arrival. They look disgusting. I know these are supposed to be tossed in the sauce . This is how brands die off, unapproved short cut that just don’t work.

I’ve noticed a lot of reviews mentioning the “manager,” but I think people are really talking about the shift leaders. The actual store manager is great and very professional. The day shift is amazing—fast, friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. You can tell they care about customer service. The night shift may need a few changes or improvements, but overall I’ve had good experiences here, especially during the day. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I had to take a brief moment to shout out Miss Loronda who took care of me tonight. When I placed my order through the app, I was unaware that an old phone number was saved. The driver arrived at my home, but was unable to reach me. So, my order was returned back to the restaurant. When I called to check on the status of the order, Miss Loronda was extremely pleasant, warm, professional, and accommodating. Without asking, Miss Loronda offered to remake my entire order free of charge and have it re-delivered, even though the error was on my end. On top of that, she went into my profile and changed my phone number for me. Thank you again, Miss Loronda for your exceptional, and “above and beyond” approach to customer service. It is greatly appreciated!

Breadsticks were plain, had no garlic or cheese on them. Pizza was way overcooked, ordered extra cheese and got light cheese. Asked for a refund/credit and was transferred to 4 different people. They issued a credit to my phone number but it’s not transferable to another location. Horrible experience. Went back to use the credit and was told “I don’t see it, so you will have to pay for the pizza or you not getting it”. Pizza Hut will never get another dime from me.

I ordered a pizza at 11:46 pm Friday night 2/20/26. According to confirmation email, it was supposed to be delivered at 12:16am. At 12:24am, I called the store to check on the order since it hadn’t been delivered. The automated system stated the store was closed. The pizza never came. This morning I called and asked for a manager. The woman, Laronda, was very rude, rushed and unprofessional. I explained to her what happened and requested that the order be remade, I received a refund, and that I would pick it up. She declined, and offered a $15 credit. I asked if she had a superior, she stated “have a great day.” I recorded the call as well to show her extreme unprofessionalism. She did state she was the only one in at the moment however, that does not give her permission to be so nasty. My order number is: 151720406.

It was a roach baked in meat lovers pizza. No apology from store or corporate. These companies will gladly take your money but don’t give a crap about the product. I get they not paying there employees nothing but a baked roach and nobody recognized it. I guess cause it was meat lovers. When I brought it back they denied it but clearly the roach was crispy and had sauce on it. Again no apology what so ever. The only thing the employee said was you want us to remake or refund of course I respectfully asked for a refund. Are you kidding me? Theses reviews don’t matter anymore. You just vent and hope you can save others from ingesting roaches or whatever else these establishments give you. Eat at home people!!!!!!!!’

Pizza Hut was horrible. Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE. They do not answer their phone. I order 8 pizza for my team for a price of $130 and asked them to cut them in half so i could feed my team accordingly. I place a note and tried to call the store and they did nothing of the sort. The pizzas were incorrect and when I called the store it went straight to call center because no one at the store answer. I called over 15 times to the store with no help since 10am and it was to be delivered at 12:30. I spoke to a supervisor at the call center Latoya who was NO help at all. All she could say was she couldn’t do anything and was Very short on conversation and answers. She did not seem like she wanted to help me. Ridiculously poor service. I will NEVER be using Pizza Hut again. This place is a joke so is the call center. If they are customer service, they don’t understand that the customer needs assistance not being told they cant do anything. If I could give this order a negative number of stars I would.

Horrible experience! Ordered pizza online at 8:51PM and got an estimated time that it would be delivered at 9:30PM. It is NOW 9:45PM and the online tracker still says they are creating my food. Not to mention they WILL NOT pickup the phone at all since I’ve been calling them for a hour to add delivery instructions since I forgot at checkout.
10PM: STILL NO FOOD or COMMUNICATION
UPDATE: IT IS NOW 10:45 and the food that was delivered is so honestly distasteful and missing items.
NEW UPDATE: The delivery driver comes back at 11:05 pm with the wings that he forgot and they are insanely disappointing. See photos for proof.
