The pizza was delicious, and Quincy made sure I had everything I needed. His excellent service really stood out and made my meal memorable. I highly recommend this place not just for the great food but also for the amazing staff like Quincy!

We waited over an hour for a preorder pizza and wings. They were not professional and made us pull around twice and still waited at the window for another 30 minutes. The girl at the window was lost and could not handle her job. This place will never get my money again. Pizza Hut needs to do better. That’s why these other places are winning. Would not recommend to anyone.

I requested extra sauce on both of my large pizzas, there was very minimal sauce. The cheese sticks that I paid an up charge to receive only had cheese on 1 side. The tavern pizza was undercooked with very wet and dough-y crust and bottom, it was lacking and just didn’t look or taste appetizing. When I called the store to express my disappointment I couldn’t get through. I had to call a general number and be dispatched to the store. The manager or representative I spoke with was very short and rude while I addressed my concerns. It was just an overall very poor experience. Especially when my children begged for PapaJohns and I pushed for Pizza Hut…talk about egg on my face
