Flynn is such an excellent employee!! He has a very sweet smile, is kind, generous, and delivered such awesome customer service. He noticed that we do not eat pork, so he kindly notified us that the pizza we ordered had pork in it and that he could take it off. He really made a very nice impression, we will definitely be back. Food was great, but your delivery driver was dishonest. I forgot I tipped online already and mistakenly told my friend to receive the delivery and tip, to which she gave $10 on top of the $9 I gave online. Your store is less than a mile away from our house so I don’t get why the delivery guy got so greedy and never showed the receipt until he got the cash tip. I placed an order over $45 through the Pizza Hut app and the order was tracked via text message. After reviewing the tracking link the door dasher was at the location for 45 minutes before canceling my order. I called the Pizza Hut location and the assistant manager yelled at me and assisted there was nothing he could do with my Pizza Hut order and I would need to go through door dash? After speaking with doordash the made me aware that the information the so called assistant manger gave me was incorrect! I called back the Pizza Hut store and the guy yelled at me saying I was harassing him and wouldn’t give me his name! told me he would call the cops if I came up there ? He never mentioned replacing my pizza or refunding my money! He did mention he knew the doordash driver for atleast a year and basically told me he wouldn’t call him! This place needs to be investigated immediately there stealing pizza and money from people!!!! That assistant needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!

This place has the best pizza in Georgia I’ve been ordering online every day and the other day I tried the bone in wings and let me tell u I’m a fan of great wings and they were the biggest jucyest fall of the bone tender and the flavor was soo good I couldn’t stop eating them til they were gone!!! And now I’ve earned a free any large any toppings pizza that I’m getting on the 6th of June and the best part of their gareentee is that if for some reason the food arrives really late or the food isn’t fresh, hot, and delicious just call the store and speak to the manager and they will make it right just to satisfy you and keep u coming back but they will only do it if it is really true and they will look up ur order to be sure that was the case. I’ve ordered pizza from all the places but they are just average. I love their pan pizza and they have several choices of sauce and crust and toppings so if u are wondering if u should feed the crowd at ur house Pizza Hut the answer is yes satisfaction is gareenteed so get the app and start ordering u will love all that they offer. I won’t ever order from anyone else!!!!

Don’t expect help if you order from this location. I tried placing an order for pick up and after being asked what my order was four times and explaining it to the gentleman on the phone. What I wanted. I asked for a manager since this is the same order that I’ve been ordering for the past 2 1/2 years. Manager came on the line and started giving me attitude because he was the only person there and patience would be appreciated. When I said I can do without the attitude, he said, I could give you attitude if you want. TLDR: go to any other location unless you like to hear yourself talk a lot.

I don’t understand this location…I stopped ordering here because they kept getting the order wrong. Well, that was 2 years ago. I decided maybe it had been long enough for a change. Nope. Still gets orders wrong. Asked for well done and we got a blonde crust…asked for extra sauce and there’s basically none. What’s up, management?
