And I guarantee you I will not get the franchise owner, store manager or anyone else to address this issue.If you like your order totally wrong and half of it missing then I suggest you order from this Pizza Hut because this Pizza Hut is just perfect for you. Also, when you call to get a delivery order or a pickup order, you don’t call the store. You think you’re calling the store but it’s actually a customer service call center. Who knows where you don’t get the actual store. And then when your order does get delivered and half of it’s missing and screwed up you have to go through not the 1-800 number because they don’t have live human beings to take complaints anymore. You have to go through a chat and the people at the chat say that they’re live. But no, they ask repetitive questions and they’re a robots and you can’t get nothing done and the only thing they will do is offer you another free pizza from the same store that screwed up your order to begin with. Also, when you ask for a full refund they refuse to give it to you. They supposedly say they can’t at that level but that doesn’t make any sense either they refuse to do their jobs. Does that make sense to you? So if you want to go through all that nightmare and then have to deal with your complaint being escalated to higher management supposedly and then you have to wait 1 to 3 business days or did God knows when they decide or if the robot decides to turn in you’ll complaint. Good luck getting your money back. The only way you’re going to be able to make a formal complaint is to go to the actual store, so if that’s the headache you want to go through then I suggest you order from this Pizza Hut.

We’ve ordered from here in the past and it’s been good but not this time. Received the thinnest crust I have ever seen. The dough is very hard and there’s barely any cheese on the pizza. The only thing they did right was put plenty of toppings. It tastes like a pizza that’s been sitting out for a few days and dried up.
Also had to wait quite a while for someone to come to the pick up window.

Ordered take out. they made us wait 10 minutes or more and then gave us a pizza that was not what we ordered.. so we waited again. Got home and pizza was terrible.. ordered double cheese, got single, barely any pepperoni on it.. terrible service, horrible pizza.

I placed an order for wings here and didn’t get the correct quantity or even type of chicken wings. I tried addressing it it with customer service and never heard back. I haven’t had issues with other pizza huts in the area but this one has been disappointing

Pretty inconsistent, I’ve had great pizza and terrible pizza from here. You just never know. The order I just got was a terrible one. You couldn’t break off a slice because the crust was so tough. Pizza barely had any sauce and not much cheese. Crust was missing seasoning.

I order a family order of cheese sticks on 08/19/20 and with an order mistake I would not even complain about it in a review but there was MOLD in the marinara sauce. If you have eaten any marinara from this location on or around this day and it tasted funny, this is why because marinara is pre-portioned at Pizza Hut so these cups are not the only ones in this batch I’m sure. I love Pizza Hut over any other pizza place so this really sucks to experience.

This is the worst Pizza Hut, Kat the manager is rude. The delivery driver looked drunk and proceeded to rev his engine outside my house for 5 minutes after I sent the order back. I sent the order back because the cheese sticks looked burnt, and after I specifically asked for the cup of sauce that I paid for to not be half empty in the instructions they and they still sent me a half empty cup. I officially retire from ever ordering Pizza Hut… food quality has gone wayyyyy down over the years, I used to work there as a teen, but now the food quality is poor at best, even with their new recipes. The absolute most trash service with the absolute most trash employees. I have had problem after problem with this Pizza Hut… never again will I spend money at this company again. This Pizza Hut in particular is incredibly horrible, wings with no sauce, half cups of sauce by policy. Kat asked me if I wanted her to send the order back out and wait another 45 minutes… and her exact description was that she would send me 2 half cups of sauce for the inconvenience which would equal one cup of sauce. They know they serve half cups and will waste the plastic to send me 2 halves so I can get a full cup. Get real! Terrible business model, but from the other reviews I can see that this Pizza Hut is known to be horrible. Never again!!!!!

1st let me say the pizza was disgusting. It was cold as if it was sitting out waiting to be delivered. On top of that it was greasy! We waited almost 2 hrs. To make matters worse my son was so hungry that he ate it even though it was cold! Now I’m not a pizza fanatic but when I want pizza I want it to be hot and appetizing! But I didn’t get that it just looked dry and hard to chew and NOT hot

This is not a paid review , this is a review about redemption. I ordered a pizza last Wednesday and I was not satisfied. I’m not sure who actually fills out the survey after you order your food but I DO. Monday evening I received a call from the Gm and we had a very thorough talk about the quality of the pizza. I felt heard which most company’s don’t even bother to do. I mean it’s Pizza Hut, a household name they don’t really care about my 30 dollars . THIS LOCATION DID , I was offered to come back and they made it right . Everything was fresh the pizza was great this time … This location will be seeing me again , we have to allow grace and room for companies to pivot . I appreciate the service from Michelle today and the Gms call .. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING

Waited at counter for five minutes and no one came out from back. Rang doorbell on counter several times. Heard employees talking in background. Selling and serving pizza is not a priority at this location. I left and went someplace else for lunch. Will not return.
