I called because my order was missing a garlic sauce and the other garlic sauce was spilled out on the pizza. I called and it the first guy was apologetic and was going to credit our account, the “general maneger” got on the phone and was extremely rude, gave me 2 different names, Michelle or Kathy, and was like, “well did the garlic sauce spilling ruin your entire pizza?!” And “what do you want me to do about it?!”

I didn’t order anything special. Just a bacon pizza. But it sure was the best bacon pizza I’d ever had! Bacon pizzas are always a little extra juicy on top due to the oil in bacon, but it did not mess up the crust. It makes the rest of the pizza a little less…firm, but that’s bacon for ya. REAL bacon too. It was delicious, and they didn’t hold back on that bacon.

$92.00 for 2 pizzas, 1 calzone and 2 brownies, worst part was none of it was cooked thoroughly, dough was raw and tated nasty. They rushed the order out the door and didnt cook/bake all the way. Never again.

This is the worst Pizza Hut, Kat the manager is rude. The delivery driver looked drunk and proceeded to rev his engine outside my house for 5 minutes after I sent the order back. I sent the order back because the cheese sticks looked burnt, and after I specifically asked for the cup of sauce that I paid for to not be half empty in the instructions they and they still sent me a half empty cup. I officially retire from ever ordering Pizza Hut… food quality has gone wayyyyy down over the years, I used to work there as a teen, but now the food quality is poor at best, even with their new recipes. The absolute most trash service with the absolute most trash employees. I have had problem after problem with this Pizza Hut… never again will I spend money at this company again. This Pizza Hut in particular is incredibly horrible, wings with no sauce, half cups of sauce by policy. Kat asked me if I wanted her to send the order back out and wait another 45 minutes… and her exact description was that she would send me 2 half cups of sauce for the inconvenience which would equal one cup of sauce. They know they serve half cups and will waste the plastic to send me 2 halves so I can get a full cup. Get real! Terrible business model, but from the other reviews I can see that this Pizza Hut is known to be horrible. Never again!!!!!

I’ve been ordering online in the app to gain points toward free food for the past week just about everyday and let me tell u the Bells Ferry location in Kennesaw is the best location I’ve ever eaten from the pizza is fresh and hot and the Dr. Peppers are cold I have just won over a long time Papa John’s eater it was very hard to do I used to work at the Dunwoody location for 4 year when I was 14-18 and I’m 54 now and still think Pizza Hut is by far the overall best pizza ever…..

Pretty inconsistent, I’ve had great pizza and terrible pizza from here. You just never know. The order I just got was a terrible one. You couldn’t break off a slice because the crust was so tough. Pizza barely had any sauce and not much cheese. Crust was missing seasoning.

1st let me say the pizza was disgusting. It was cold as if it was sitting out waiting to be delivered. On top of that it was greasy! We waited almost 2 hrs. To make matters worse my son was so hungry that he ate it even though it was cold! Now I’m not a pizza fanatic but when I want pizza I want it to be hot and appetizing! But I didn’t get that it just looked dry and hard to chew and NOT hot

I ordered a large Supreme pan pizza and was surprised how bad it was. The pizza had almost no toppings. I will never eat from here again. Yes, it was that bad. I’ve ordered from this location several times over the years but I suppose COVID and inflation has changed their quality. A big let down and waist of money.
