On 8/19/25, I ordered from Pizza Hut at 3697 Highway 5, Douglasville, GA at 5:57 PM. When I received my pizza, I found hair baked into it. When I returned around 7:00 PM to address the issue and ask for my receipt, I was treated horribly. Steven Payton, who appeared to be in charge, refused to give me my receipt, had very long hair swinging around unsecured, and none of the employees were wearing hair nets.
Instead of apologizing, he threw money at me as if that resolved the issue, and then called the police with a false claim saying I was being “irritate.” This was humiliating, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. The lack of food safety and proper customer service at this location is alarming. Corporate needs to investigate immediately.

What I ordered is not what I received.. if you needed to change anything on my order you should have called.. my cheese pizza was still mushy also.. I have to cook food I ordered so I didn’t have to cook.. also 3 packets of ranch is not what I order my order is shown and where they changed my order is shown also. This is what happens when peoples bad ass kids join the work force.

Arrived at restaurant 10 mins after it said my order was ready & had to wait on wings. Went back to the car for 10 came back & the lady worker with glasses has now mixed my order up with someone else & is telling me the wings should be mine. Long story short my order was wrong when i got to the house. Filed a complaint with corporate. This location reached out with an email asking for my information to reimburse me of my 66 dollar order & then failed to send a follow up email or do anything about their bad service. Businesses with bad service & careless workers like this should be avoided at all cost

After 2 years I thought I would run in and try to get 2 pizzas because I was in a rush and on this side of town. I usually go to lithia springs. Ordered pizza 20 minutes b4 getting there, stared it will be ready 15 minutes. Get there pizza wasn’t even in the oven. When will this pizza hut ever get any better? If the food is not up to par I am going to edit review as well.

Ordered last night and pizza was horrible, burnt and hard, never had pizza this bad in my life. Called and expressed my concern. The manager was unapologetic but gave me a credit b/c I guess that’s what they have to do. Used my credit the next day, asked for LIGHT sauce and they must’ve missed that detail 2 days in a row. I have a bad experience every time at this location and stopped using them for years. Tried them again and same problems. Lesson learned!!

04192024 ordered a Big New Yorker with light marinara online. According to the website, it came with pepperoni and cheese. Picked it up (forgot to check it before I left), when I arrived home, opened it up, it only had cheese, no pepperoni. I called the store and I was advised since it was an online order, the only thing they saw was light marinara and cheese. I attempted to verify the Big New Yorker automatically comes with pepperoni and that was verified.
Heated up the oven, pulled out a bag of pepperoni, added pepperoni and stuck it in the oven for ~15 minutes. Don’t know what to say. Order something that is supposed to come with certain items added and they are left off because ‘evidently’ their website doesn’t specify “The Big New Yorker” doesn’t come with pepperoni.
Perhaps someone from Pizza Hut corporate can explain this error?

Don’t order delivery from this location this is the quality of food they consider acceptable then proceeded to tell me I would have to come in the store to receive a refund. I ordered delivery for a reason & shouldn’t be inconvenience due to their clear negligence!
