I would like to thank Cherrie and the staff at Pizza Hut for extending over and beyond service for our vision board party and coat giveaway. The team had no excuses, a pleasant attitude and was very efficient and always asks, How can they serve or assist? Having this service extended to you from a fast food restaurant, especially when busy is sometimes unheard of.. my team and I were definitely were impressed working with Cherrie. I look forward for more partnership opportunities with our Non Profit organization, Heels & Ties too Success Incorporated. From the approval of the event to the day of execution, Cherrie had a smile and she ensured that Tiffany, our designated assistant took care of all of needs. I would always recommend this location and let’s not forget the pizzas were great always hot and ready to serve.

Left Six Flags last night and we decided to stop and dine here with our group before heading back to Hartselle, AL. We got here during a rush hour but the manager (forgot her name) was very helpful and extremely kind to us.
The atmosphere in the dining room was also very relaxing. We had to “withdraw” from the roller coaster motion “sickness” so staying here actually gave us a needed break.
Overall, our group had a positive experience and I want to say thank you to the manager for making our experience fulfilled!

This store location was a complete disappointment tonight. I ordered a thin n crispy pepperoni pizza and it was extremely dry and hard. Unable to get a refund unless I drove back to the store because my 13 year old daughter approved the order when she went inside for pickup. The shift managers excuse was we hear that complaint a lot because we are unable to add a lot of cheese and sauce. I told her this is all I eat and don’t have issues at the other locations. I even told her to have a good night and no response back from her. Please visit another location where they value customer service and food quality.

Every time I order from here there is a problem, I’ve stupidly given them chance after chance which is partially my own fault, but the one we used to go to when we lived in Michigan was great, so I kept hoping something would change here but clearly its not. They frequently forget our breadsticks, like literally every time, 2 orders ago they ran out of alfredo and substituted it with marinara without asking, when I asked for a refund (because I was NOT going to eat that) I was told I had to call back the next day to talk to the general manager and I called for 3 days in a row and the manager was never available. That night I ordered from the other pizza hut across town after confirming they had alfredo, so I literally paid twice for the same meal. The next two times the alfredo container is literally half empty, when we questioned it this time we were told “that’s how we have to do it” so they’re charging the same price for literally half the meal. I’m just done, I should have stopped going here a while ago. No more.

I want to so thanks to the management for making the experience awesome. The Heels and Ties event at the Fairburn Rd location was fantastic. The atmosphere was clean and food was hot. The kids did well on their vision boards and mgmt and staff made sure we were well taken care of.

I just want my fellow douglasville-ians to know if they want good food &/or great customer service to rush over to the Pizza Hut on fairburn rd. Not only did I get my food in no time the young lady emilyia (I’m sure I’ve misspelled it) went out her way to make sure my kids got to enjoy their dinner after a very hectic day . Thank you Emilyia for turning our day around . We will surely be making this Pizza Hut a regular place for our family .

Since the new management has taken over the atmosphere is SO much better. I used to refuse to go to this store when the guy was operating it even though I live right down the road from it. I used to drive to the Highway 5 Pizza Hut just to avoid this one.

Ordered a pizza today at 530pm. Said would be ready in 19 mins. Showered up 30mins later to hear they were an hr behind due to staffing, which is the excuse they’ve been using for a yr now. Always something. They told us to come back and when we did so we were THEN told they gave our food away to someone else and now we have to wait for them to cook it fresh again. Are you kidding me? Complete trash service. They should be ashamed and really need new management. It’s now 754pm, still waiting. Still no food. 2.5 hrs later
