I had an exceptional experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Manager Cirilo Ramirez. From the moment I walked in, Cirilo’s warm greeting and professional demeanor made me feel truly valued. He demonstrated outstanding leadership and attentiveness, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was perfect. His genuine care for customers and commitment to excellent service are truly commendable. Thanks to Cirilo’s dedication, I enjoyed not only delicious pizza but also a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This location is the best one to go to! I drive over 30 minutes to get my pizza from here. You can see how clean the prep area is and the staff are following all health guidelines. Fern is so sweet! She’s always there with the most pleasant attitude,smile and all!! I don’t leave reviews often but I had to make sure her hard work is acknowledged. If she ever leaves I’ll be so sad. She has this location running so smoothly!

I ordered the big new yorker pizza today, and boy am I disappointed. After seeing multiple commercials on tv and saying to myself ” that looks delicious ” I now regret it. The pizza tasted terrible on the 1st bite. My taste buds and my stomach let me knew immediately that eating this will be a huge mistake. I now feel ill like food poisoning is trying to invade my immune system. The pizza was under cooked. I spent 30$ today. But never again

I discovered a long strand of hair on the pizza. When I returned the pizza and brought it to the attention of the manager. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager insinuated that the hair wasn’t from their kitchen but “fuzz” from my mother’s jacket. For the record, my mother’s jacket is nylon—hardly the type to shed fuzz resembling hair.
The manager’s attitude was unnecessarily combative, and she seemed reluctant to rectify the situation by remaking the entire order. We were blamed for their mistake, which is unacceptable. After some back-and-forth, the pizza was eventually remade, but by then, the damage was done.
A situation like this should have been handled with an apology and immediate resolution, not defensive accusations. Sadly, this experience soured what could have been a pleasant meal. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The Second time I Spent $38.03 on food poison Pizzas! Ordered:4:48, Delivered: 5:14. today is Friday January 12th 2024. My 80 year old mother didn’t make it to the toilet and I threw up from consuming it too. The deep dish is not even fluffy but undone and soggy. My sons had to re warm it in the oven for it to be safe to eat. We called the store person who identified as manager Daniel did not offer a refund or anything. Said to get a doctors note.. what? I will be contacting the food health department and going down there to let them know my self. You should be more careful as this is the second time.

The food is always great here and normally the delivery drivers are as well. But today the delivery driver Victor was extremely rude. I have specific delivery instructions to park at my garage in the open space & to use the sidewalk to the left of my townhouse to deliver to my front door. He called with an attitude stating he was at the back & I gave him instructions on how to walk to the front. He did not want to do that. He asked where can he park his car & I told him he can pull in & park on the outside of the garage meant for 2 vehicles. He ignored those instructions and then proceeds to drive to the side of my house & park on the street in a turning lane which is fine he can do what he wants with his car at this point. He walks up to my front door with an attitude, doesn’t greet me, instead he says “If you can’t come to the back for future orders I just won’t deliver to your house.” I was shocked & informed him that I have ordered from this location many times & no driver has ever had an issue with coming to my front door. I have never been spoken to like this regarding a delivery & it was very disappointing since there is a delivery instructions section provided by Pizza Hut for the customer to provide instructions on how they would like the food that they purchased delivered. I should not be treated poorly because of that. I get deliveries almost daily whether it’s Amazon, Publix, Kroger, door dash, food, online shopping and more and I have never had an issue with someone simply not wanting to walk a few feet to my front door.
