I have not been to a Pizza Hut in 4 years (because I cook at home). However, when I came here they were very welcoming. And they were patient with going over the menu options with me as I didn’t know what they had. The person at the front counter was pretty good with suggestions, and the staff seems to be very friendly. Pizza was tasty, and I recommended cinnamon sticks as their lowest calorie dessert option

Today I went to Pizza Hut location on Herrington Rd. I went in to get several pizzas for my family for dinner. I was greeted by a young man Angel. He was very knowledgeable and let me know about the specials going on. I was able to get my family 6 pizzas for movie night. My order was done perfectly. And was ready in no time. This is the best location I’ve gone to. I will definitely be back and will let my family and friends know about the great service I received by the staff, specially Angel. Thank you. Keep up the great work!! This is my new go to location!

The manager on duty on 09/12 closing shift made my experience 10/10 on top of the food being freshly made. We got a big dinner box and he made sure we didn’t forget anything, provided plates without us asking. on top of that he had a great attitude! Will be coming back to this location for my future Pizza Hut needs.

I just ordered a large pepperoni stuff crust pizza and this is what I received . I was questioning if I ordered the wrong crust , because this pizza is so thin it’s awful. But no I ordered stuff crust. So disappointed each time this location makes these pizza’s worst!!!! And there is barely any cheese . Ugh it just makes me angry because I been ordering from this location for years and it’s the worst I’ve seen .

I ordered 2 pizzas and the new honey hot wings. The pizza was dry and had no sauce at all! The wings were only buffalo and had no taste of honey. I have ordered here a few times and it is always a disappointment. We will have to drive further now to get pizza.

Very disappointed with my recent delivery order. The driver struggled to find my apartment even though I gave clear instructions, so my food arrived late and cold. On top of that, the meal I received wasn’t even what I ordered. When I called to request a refund, the agent hung up on me before resolving anything. Terrible customer service and overall experience — I won’t be ordering from here again.

I’m giving 3 stars for customer service only, because when I picked up the pizza, the staff was very nice. Unfortunately though, the pizza was undercooked and had WAY TOO MUCH CHEESE. And that’s maybe why the thick crust pizza was undercooked.
My family are Papa John’s and Italian Pie pizza lovers, but when we were in London recently, we had Pizza Hut pizza twice from 2 different locations that tasted really good. So when we got back home, i ordered one again from this location for my son. Big mistake. It was the nastiest pizza. This was the first time my 16 year old son who eats everything, did eat but only 1 slice of pizza. This pizza also costed over $16, and I could have gotten 2 pizzas at Papa John’s for the same price. Therefore we will not return, and we will continue eating Papa John’s or Italian Pie.

Camilla is overly rude. Actually the whole staff is rude and acts like taking your order is an issue because they lack basic comprehension. Idk I think 3 plain pepperoni pizzas is easy to understand.
