I placed and paid for an order online. I was sick so I elected to have it delivered. My delivery time was quoted as 6:36pm. I received a message stating my order had been delivered at 6:45pm however I had not received my order, which was over $50. When I called the store to inquire about the status of the order, the manager rudely advised me that they were busy and I just needed to be patient, and she simply hung up on me. I called back to cancel my order since I hadn’t received it and I wasn’t happy with the customer service I was receiving, the manager again hung up on me. I then had to get dressed, while fighting the flu, go to the store as I was sure I wasn’t getting my funds credited based on the fact I kept getting hung up on!! The manager was still rude in person but tried to justify her behavior due to the store being busy…there was 1 other customer in the store when I arrived. Nore do I work for this company so I’m not familiar with what you do when you’re “busy”. After professionally explaining how are manager should handle customer service in this situation, (cause I am a manager at my company for 25 years)my order was being delivered to my daughter at home, an hour after they said it was delivered, she offered me a $20 credit. do you really think I want to do business with you after this??? Asking for a friend!

I placed an order around 10:30 and got my confirmation that it went through. I went to the location and a kid who looked completely unmotivated to work was hiding in the back of the store standing around on his phone. I greeted him and told him I was there to pick up my order. He then tells me my order was cancelled, so I showed him on my end it was not and asked him if he could still make it. The time is 10:45 and he proceeds to tell me they are closed. Well the website says 11:00 buddy. I would not recommend this location based on the company’s poor choice of employees, and there lack of work morale and general respect.

We order from here occasionally for the bogo Tuesday deal they have. We have had minor order issues but havnt recently and it’s good pizza.

Ordered and paid for food online for delivery at 10:21, store closes at 11:30. i call at 11:23 on hold for 6 mins. Hang up call back….. another 6 mins someone answer. i say, i ordered my pizza for delivery and hour ago and it still havent showed up can you tell me if its coming. The lady said We are closed and hung up. I call back they pick up the phone and hung up. I never got my pizza and need a refund asap!!!

Update: so I ordered the all meat pizza from the Broadview Rd location last week and it was fantastic so I figured hey let’s try it this location again so I went ahead and ordered the same exact all meat pizza and I was so disappointed, first thing I noticed was the extremely sad dough, it was super flat and extra soggy! I guess they are trying to save on Ingredients, so the second thing was that it was so salty I could only eat 2 slices, this pizza was a HOT SLOPPY MESS. Fortunately for me I have moved to a location that will allow me to order from another store, I know went with this place because it was the default selection on Uber eats so I will absolutely order from the other store, this one is dead to me! ☠️

I ordered two pizzas yesterday and i even got notifications updating me on my order telling me when they started making it and when they finished. When I went to pick up my pizza the door was locked and the man inside looked at me and walked to the back completely ignoring me. He eventually came back and saw me there and told me through hand motions that they were closed. this happened at least an hour before the closing time listed on their website and google. I don’t understand why i was sent notification about the progression of my pizza when that employee clearly didn’t make it and knew he was going to close early. I put my contact information in when i ordered the pizza so there was no reason he couldn’t have at least called a head of time to tell me they were closing early and would t be fulfilling my order. I wasted my gas driving there and back only to end up with no pizza. It’s very rude and unprofessional and it’s not the first time i’ve had a bad experience there. would not recommend this location.

Ordered dinner from my neighborhood ‘ on a Sunday evening. The food was prepared pretty quickly after placing my walk in order. I ordered a small cheese pizza with olives mushrooms and pineapple and 6pc Buffalo wings as well. Everything was fine. Good spot for lunch!

I’m beyond frustrated with this location. Whoever is managing the night shift needs to be replaced immediately. This is the third time in two weeks I’ve ordered delivery and never received my food.
Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a large pizza and crazy bread through the Marcos app. After waiting longer than usual, I called to check on the order (since the last two times this exact issue happened). The same young man answered the phone with an attitude, told me they were “closed,” and when I explained that I had ordered before closing and just wanted to know where my food was, he hung up on me mid-sentence.
He offered no refund, no explanation, and no help—just said DoorDash had my order, but gave me no way to contact them. When I tried to call back multiple times, they refused to answer. It’s now been over 3 hours. I even waited outside in the rain thinking maybe it was still coming—nothing.
The last two times this happened, I ended up having to drive to the store to pick up my order myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for delivery. But tonight I received neither food nor refund. They literally just took my money and hung up on me.
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. At this point, you’re honestly better off ordering through DoorDash directly—at least you’ll actually get your refund if something goes wrong.
