For some reason the store doesn’t have $70 change at 8 o’clock on Saturday night. Or at least that’s what the manager told me to my face when she refused to take my 100 dollar bill. I guess one of the management thought this would be a good policy. And the 3 pizzas I got looked like the new guy made them. I’ll add pictures. I hope they get some new people in this store soon. Until then we’ll get your pizzas somewhere else. What kind of Big Franchise doesn’t take a 100 bill? One with bad policies. I hope the store owner figures out the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the staff before it’s too late!

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut for delivery last night. The estimated delivery time was 45 minutes, but it took over an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive. When the delivery driver finally showed up, he was rude and didn’t apologize for the long wait.

Pizza never came. Ordered at 7:50 pm. Called at 9:30 and they said they only have 1 driver and to give it 15 minutes. Called again at 10pm and they said they had delivered the pizza which I never got. They then proceeded to describe a house that is not mine and still insist that they delivered the pizza to me. They then told me I could come pick up the pizza. When I asked for a discount for the pizza being at this point an hour an a half late or take off the 20% tip I included for the driver they said I could either pay full price to come pick up the pizza I ordered for delivery hours ago or refund it. I asked for a refund, silence. After about a minute of silence in which I assumed she was processing my refund she goes “So you dont want to just pick it up?”. I reaffirmed that I would like refund and she caught an attitude with me. Never again.

Our pizza looked liked the crust was barely cooked. You could barely see the sauce and there was very few toppings on it. Also, it definitely didn’t have extra cheese – which we paid extra for. (Please see the pictures). We always come to this one and usually things are fine. However tonight, we were highly disappointed.

May 29 review…. They gave us the wrong pizza! Aren’t they supposed to open it and show you to make sure it’s right. My husband didn’t check and neither did they! It’s always something with this pizza hut.

The driver was rude. The food was cold and the wrong order. They are always slow and when I called to have the order fixed .. it took 75 min for a new order to be delivered. I asked to speak to the manager and that’s when I was disconnected. Advice to driver.. the next time someone is slightly rude to you and you suggest they read better .. make sure you are actually handing them the right order because it seems you can’t read and match.

Worst experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut in a LONG time!!!! The DoorDash driver, Lismay C, was 40+ mins late….they didn’t speak English….AND the delivery driver carried the pizzas vertically as opposed to holding the boxes flat so my pizzas ended up looking like this in the photos

At the russel-ridge pizza hut the lady working there was very nice and knew what I was asking for when I wanted the pizza medium well done. The pizza came out fantastic and I had a great night.

Garbage Pizza Hut, don’t order from here. Was told my order would arrive in 30min, called them back 1hour after and was told it was son the way. Called again after it didn’t arrive another 30min later and they acted like I never ordered anything then connected me with another CUSTOMER who then started trying to place an order with me over the phone… Do NOT order from this Pizza Hut.
