My wife went into Pizza Hut to pick up an order I placed online. I even left a tip even though they were not delivering it to us. The whole entire experience started off on the wrong foot. The woman working the counter was rude didn’t even acknowlege her presense. Another person, who my wife thinks is a manager perhaps, had to tell this employee that there was someone at the counter and to take her headphones off who did not take her headphones off and cinched her hoodie. Then upon getting our food my wife checks the food at the counter and there is mutiple stands of hair in the meat lovers pizza. It seems they do not wear hairnets, which I thought was a healthcode violation, our other food was put back and left in their warmer for 3 times longer than it should have been while they remade the pizza hopefully without hair this time. So service and food was terrible. I will never spend any of my hard earned money at this Pizza Hut ever again. There are so many other places to get food that are welcoming and appreciate their customers and respectfully make the food.

This place has health code violations all over the place!! The dirtiness of the place and the way staff handle food, it’s as if they are begging for people to get sick. Witnessed multiple staff members using their bare hands to make the pizzas after touching registers, equipment, clothes, phones, etc. without handwashing before food prep. Each time I’ve come in to pick up an order they have me and others waiting in the lobby with no one attending to us. This location has for sure gone downhill.

Used to come to this store often and stopped coming because of the lack of quality. Came in on Saturday because o was in the area and decided to give it a chance again. I walked in and ordered a personal pizza. The customer service was top tier from what I assume to be the new manager! My pizza was AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back for my weekly personal pans!

Ordered online, showed up at the time it said it would be ready. Girl at the counter said it will be at least 30 more minutes, I said guess I’ll be back. Showed up 30 minutes later… “Oh you still wanted that? I cancelled your order.” When I asked how long, she said “a while.” They did not care 1 bit.

I placed an order at 7:26 that didn’t leave the store until 8:53 PM. I called the store around 8:45 and the lady that answered said the order was already on the way. She lied to me because I reached out to the driver after I got off the phone with her and he told me they had just handed it to him. She was rude and inconsiderate about the fact that the order would arrive an hour after the estimated time that I was originally told. This order was for someone with type 2 diabetes that has to eat on a schedule. The lack of care was ridiculous. The driver said there was only one woman working and several people waiting for their orders.

We love Pizza Hut, we love their wings and their breadsticks and their pan pizza but we are constantly getting shorted on our orders (missing items) we had three door-dashers come tonight to try to fix the original wrong order (this is not the first time we have had problems with the store). One door dasher was wanting us to pay them and trying to get the store on the phone to figure it out was a nightmare, the call center is no help either, one hung up on us and the other said we should not have to pay the door dasher and he had to just get shorted the money. They do not have their own drivers and use a third party and needless to say they are treating their customers and their DoorDash drivers wrong. So sad, not sure how they will stay in business long, and it’s sad for the people who like their products. We’ve given them so many chances but at this point it is probably better to just go somewhere else.

The staff is completely overwhelmed (or indifferent.) I arrived at 730p to pick up an order & the lobby was packed full of people (12+ at a certain point) waiting with absolutely no communication from employees. Everyone’s order was 30+ minutes delayed & the poor girl closest to the lobby was literally telling customers she didn’t know when their orders were going to be ready. The manager on duty was equally bewildered; I suggested that communication with lobby customers going forward could help ease the frustrations, but she was too stressed out to process. Owners need to reevaluate & staff accordingly. Totally unacceptable.

Missing food from combo. Tried to talk to the customer support on the web, felt like I was talking to AI, probably was. Called the store, said I had to call door dash because I wanted my tip back as well. Called door dash, they said the “marchant” was going to send and email about the refund. Complete run around with no assistance but coupon for the missing food, wait 30 mins for door dash to come back out, or call door dash. As we can see all of these options are terrible and did not help my meal and the 100 dollars I spent. Terrible service. I need to be refunded, not given a coupon. Who said I wanted to eat here again? Mind you, I ordered through the pizza hut app, not door dash

Taking them down to 1 star. Driver left my food on the ground, called the store several times, no answer. Got a unhelpful call center operator that needs to go back to training. Just shut this location down. Just terrible. Still never got help from my previous issue/order. I want my tip removed!

This location needs to retrained badly. Literally, they need to fire the entire management team and bring in people from corporate to retrain and set standards. I have never consistently received undercooked pizza in my life until this location. They clearly pull the pizzas out early or the oven speed is too high pushing the pizzas out too fast. Even when you ask them to cook longer or run the pizza through twice, they still don’t do it. FYI, I worked at Pizza Hut at 3 locations when I was younger and even managed a location for 2 years. I can tell you the way they run this location is wrong. This will be the last time I ever order anything from here…they truly deserve their 3.6 on Google.
Update, it is still trash. Asked for extra seasoning on the breadsticks and I get them with zero seasoning. Just plain bread. Close this location cause staff is trash.
