The food is disgusting. I got a pineapple chicken pizza and it supposed to be a pan pizza no taste. It is disgusting. The wings tastes very weird. The cheese pizza is disgusting like what in the world is going on nothing but a bunch of kids playing around this place has went downhill haven’t ate here in a very, quite so long. This location is honestly depressing. The atmosphere feels grim and uninviting, it gives sad boomer vibes. The energy is off. The staff at the counter looked unhappy and like they didn’t want to be there, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable. Food prep was slow, and nothing about the visit felt welcoming. It left me feeling more sad than satisfied after waiting 20min for my online order to be ready.

I want to share a disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. I went in to pick up a pizza today around 3 o’clock and used tap to pay. Before I even had a chance to touch the screen, the cashier grabbed it and added a tip without my knowledge or consent. When she realized I saw what happened, she tried to hand me cash to cover it.
This felt very dishonest and sneaky. A customer should always be the one to choose whether or not to leave a tip — not have it added for them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I ordered a medium pizza, a new melt thingy, and cheese sticks and all of it arrived crushed and cold and all of it tasted like cinnamon sugar. I called to address the situation and am currently on hold as I type this and have been on hold 34 mins. Nothing from anyone. Highly unsatisfied with everything. And nothing is done about anything. Customer service is literally dead.

Yeah this place is wack. Whoever is answering the phone rude as hell for no reason. Lady needs to be fired. I wanted to order she made me not even want to spend my money on them. Sounded like she had an attitude from the moment I started telling her what I wanted on my pizza. Horrible.
