The staff on Sunday, March 8 was incredible! Little Caesars had taken our money and taken our order and when we showed up to pick up the pizza, their restaurant was closed. This was for my little girls’s birthday party. I ran across the street to Pizza Hut and within 30 minutes they had the order ready for me on short notice. They were extremely friendly and very understanding and went above and beyond!

Customer service sucks. Been trying to get a refund since dec 23rd. Ive filed 4 complaints I’m going to post a video about my experience. Eddie is the owner and jen white is the district manager. I’m tracking them down now. I will get my money back!!!! Just an update. My wife spoke to the general manager this afternoon and she told my wife she would call me….. Still haven’t heard anything. I’ll keep you updated.

It’s been over a year since we last ordered from the Sams Point Rd Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, not a lot has changed. I ordered two pizzas, both of which are overcooked again. A double order of breadsticks, we only received 1 very small dipping sauce. Cinnamon rolls and a Mountain Dew for curbside pick up. We waited for the tracker to indicate the order was ready and then pulled up to the curb and followed the cues in the app to indicate we had arrived. We waited for 18 minutes while employees walked around aimlessly in the lobby and behind the counter. Pizza Hut as a brand may have better tasting pizza, when not overcooked, but this Pizza Hut doesn’t have anything on the customer service experience you’ll find at competitor pizza chains around town.

Jenny, was very sweet to open the door right before they opened for us and very nice and helpful , a great attitude, we had a hard week and her attitude brightened our day and with a great pizza as well!!!!

If there were 10 stars up there, I’d have given them that many! Went in on a Friday night wanting to have a pizza delivered. I fully expected a long wait but no. Was attended to immediately, ordered the pizza and paid..was told 35 minutes till it’d be delivered. My address can be confusing, but do ya’ll know the pizza’s came in less than 35 min, and they were HOT. The hottest pizza I’ve ever gotten tbh. And the driver came right to the house with no problem!! I’m wasn’t really ever a Pizza Hut fan, but after tonight I am. The dough tasted so fresh, toppings were perfect, baked just the right amount of time. I wish I knew the drivers name because he needs a raise! Will definitely be ordering from THIS location again, they have really got their shiz together in there!!

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had making a pick up order. 2 employees working the whole store, I made an order for 8 hot wings to be done at 2:15 and as of this minute almost an hour later am still sitting in here. Everyone around me has complained about their wait time, some had been in there for an hour and a half and still hadn’t got their food. If that wasn’t bad enough we saw one employee put wings into a box that had been sitting out of the fryer for over 30 minutes. The customer asked for a refund because their is no way anyone would pay money for cold unsanitary wings.
