It’s been a while since we ordered here but we decided to go for it since the kids have friends over and its always been good in the past. I’m incredibly disappointed that the cheese pizza I ordered for our girls is so overcooked. So much so that I needed to order a second one from another restaurant.

If there were 10 stars up there, I’d have given them that many! Went in on a Friday night wanting to have a pizza delivered. I fully expected a long wait but no. Was attended to immediately, ordered the pizza and paid..was told 35 minutes till it’d be delivered. My address can be confusing, but do ya’ll know the pizza’s came in less than 35 min, and they were HOT. The hottest pizza I’ve ever gotten tbh. And the driver came right to the house with no problem!! I’m wasn’t really ever a Pizza Hut fan, but after tonight I am. The dough tasted so fresh, toppings were perfect, baked just the right amount of time. I wish I knew the drivers name because he needs a raise! Will definitely be ordering from THIS location again, they have really got their shiz together in there!!

Just wow. This pizza hut is grade a all the way. Just look at my pep pizza. Edge to.edge topping. The young lady that answered the phone was polite and did everything perfect. As a former Charleston sc assistant manager for pizza hut I would have loved to have this crew. Even the delivery driver was on point.

Very disappointed in this location. We have not ordered from Pizza Hut in over two years and tried again this week. We ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and chocolate chip cookie. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS BURNT OR OVER COOKED! Even the cookie. The manager did make it right, as always. But the pizza and breadsticks were so burnt, even the manager said they should have never even been boxed and should have been remade immediately. Better training?

I am a frequent customer of Pizza Hut and usually the Sams Point location. Today the limited staff exceeded my families expectations with friendliness, accuracy, timely manner and food taste. The pizza was perfectly cooked even my “no cheese” pizza that is usual over done.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Superior customer service. It was 930 at night and sunday, we were starving and all the other restaurants for the most part were closed. We were met with warm friendly service and it was fast. Ordered 60 dollars worth of food and it was made perfectly in 15 min. Shared a few laughs with the lady up front. So refreshing to get such high quality service. You folks are awesome!! Take care of these good people, Pizza Hut they’re certainly taking great care of your business.

Got the alert the food was out for delivery, called after 30 minutes because it still hadn’t arrived. Was lied to about delivery driver having to go back to restaurant due to someone else’s address being incorrect. Got hung up on by the manager. Then, the delivery driver showed up (after 45 minutes) and said he didn’t have to go back to the restaurant, they sent him on the other side of town to deliver over there first when we are only 5 minutes away!

They’ve made a science of stingy here. Our pizza had merely a suggestion of tasteless cheese, the bland pepperoni was sliced with a microtome and was about as lonely on the pie as what might as well have been photos of mushrooms cut from a magazine. We’ve ordered twice now so as to avoid giving a bad review for an anomaly.
