Placed an order for 2 half melts and 1 whole melt.came home, and all 3 were half melts even after I paid for a whole. The food was okay it wasn’t the best but the Staff was friendly, nice, and attentive. I didn’t go back to correct the order or to complain because the kids were hungry, and I do not believe it was done intentionally. However, though I didn’t like the melts anyway (it was my first time trying it) honestly, they aren’t what they look like, and they are really small. I doubt I’ll get those again. But as for the staff they were really nice and welcoming. The store is neat and clean.

I placed a mobile order at 2:44 to be picked up at 4:45 I didnt get my food until 5 had to sit there and wait 15 mins on food I asked to be ready at 4:45 and put the order in 2 hours prior. On top of waiting I was not apologized to for the wait or offered anything and the lady was rude when I asked for 2 sauces after waiting.

I order one of their specials to million pizzas with three toppings they got the first order wrong I called back they accept a so-called make it right I still ended up having to pay them more money for the same size pizza just made differently but I was supposed to have a credit I will not visit this Pizza Hut ever again I will suggest everyone if you wish to order a pizza do not go to the Pizza Hut on airport road in Lancaster South Carolina because you will get screwed

I’m not sure if I was dealing with someone brand new but the service was terrible. I called in an order and asked if there were any specials for 1 pizza for carryout. The woman on the phone said “yes we have a 3 topping for $10.99.” I said I would like to have that and proceeded to order my pizza. She then told me the total for $15. I asked her again what was the total and she said $15. I thought maybe that’s the tax. I arrived to the store and talked to the same woman that I spoke to on the phone and asked her why it was so much? Was it the tax? And she said no, the $10.99 pizza was only for online orders. I was baffled because I was calling in an order. She never told me it was online only and why would she tell me an online deal if I was placing an order over the phone? She then said “you can place the order online but it’ll be another 15-20 minutes.” However my pizza was already done. If the pizza is already done why would I need to wait an additional amount of time? They could just cancel the original order and taken the online order. I just paid for my overpriced pizza and left. Customer service definitely needs work. Pizza was good.

2-17-26 This is hands down the driest pizza I’ve ate in my life. Supposed to be regular buffalo sauce and it looks and taste like the brushed on the color. Terrible
