If you have a complaint with the store don’t bet on them picking up. I got home and realized I was missing one of my sauces, gave them a call and got connected to a third party person who attempted to connect me to the store. It rang a few times, gave me a busy signal then they hung up. Very polite workers but not being able to get ahold of the store to correct a mistake is horrible customer service.

I’m so tired of calling this store and getting a person in India to take my order. I called three times, even had the Indian transfer me to the store, they never answered. Why does that matter you ask? The language barrier: makes the process take longer than necessary, gets items wrong, and they have trouble verifying my address (even though I live in a subdivision…they can’t spell the word “Misty”. Also, the store always has the better price and will do a more custom order, whereas the overseas operator is locked into their computer options. They had a special 2Med Pizzas, bread sticks, and wings for $20. I wanted extra breadsticks instead of wings. Because of this I had to deviate from the special, the result was more than double the price ($51). Needless to say we got the same thing from Dominos for $37, and ole by the way, the Dominos store* picked up within 10 secs of my first call. PIZZA HUT THIS IS HURTING YOUR BUSINESS. Y’all have to get this fixed before we come back. Too many other pizza options in Clover.

Hade a great experience at Pizza Hut today around 11am. The lady at the front counter was very professional and polite. Ordering our pizza was very easy and efficient only taking 15mins for our two family dinner box that cost $60. Would recommend!

When it’s good, it’s good. When it ain’t, it’s terrible! Didn’t wanna have to leave a bad review but been having problems with this particular pizza hut the last few times I’ve ordered. Usually it’s always them forgetting to put toppings on that I requested or extra cheese that I pay extra money for. But yesterday when I ordered for me & the kids, everything was overcooked & dry!!! Everything. I mean it was awful & almost not edible. Very disappointing & very upset that I wasted $35 on crap food!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I placed an order online and asked for the pizza to be cut square when I opened the box the pizza was cut into triangles. I guess she realized her mistake and instead of remaking it she decided to cut the triangle pieces into squares lol. That’s not even the worst part … it’s not cut all the way through so when you go to grab a piece you’re literally fighting the other slice to let go. So if you ever order from here. Be VERY specific.

Pizza Hut is my go-to for pizza. I ordered a personal pan, but they didn’t have any made, so they gave me a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza for my troubles. Hannah & Patience were the sweetest and most caring

They put all the pineapple in two spots The wings were ok but the ranch was .50 a cup. I think you should get one dipping sauce with a order of wings and do a up charge for extra cup.

We always order pizza from Pizza Hut in Clover SC and it’s usually good. Today we ordered and the pizza was awful. Got the $24.99 deal. The 2 pizzas were Pepperoni Lovers and The Double Pepperoni. This one was awful. It tasted burnt and there was no cheese on it. Won’t be doing this again.

The food was not edible. The pizza was undercooked and flavorless. The boneless chicken wings had less flavor than a McDonald’s chicken nugget. I am not overstating, it is bad. I give a 2.5 one-bite score. This is not the Pizza Hut pizza of the past.
