Pineapple bbq THIN pizza was good. But upset I ordered online thin crust and a TARVEN original garlic crust pep. There is no difference in the 2 crust! Very misleading on the app.

Albert the manager is one of the most rude people I have ever talked to. Delivery was 20 minutes late I called and asked about it. I was told the door dash driver was on the way. For the record I ordered it from Pizza Huts website. I asked if it would be cold by the time it got here. I was told no. I asked how long and he said the dasher just walked in the door. 26 minutes later the dasher shows up. Long story short she apologized and said she had to wait while she got there because the employees ignored her. I got in the house food is ice cold. Called the store and the girl who answered the phone has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. She was rude and would not let me say a word. She said we will remake the order for you but not refund the order. I never asked for a refund. I Attempted to ask if they could put a credit on my account but she never let me get a word in. Anything I said I was cut off.
Will be calling corporate tomorrow for what it’s worth. Avoid this place.

We went on 80’s price night. I can’t even explain how enjoyable our night was. Excellent service, clean facilities and a blast from the past. All of us had bellies full and memories abound. If this promo ever happens again I’m telling everyone – if you’ve never had piping hot pizza hut pizza you’re missing out. I have to say, I was ready to leave a very negative review because I received the wrong order, and only realized it once I was home and ready to eat. I had to go back because it was nothing like what I had originally asked for.
But the staff were so professional and kind—and honestly, every time I’ve ordered there before, everything has been perfect.

I usually love ordering from this Pizza Hut but after tonight I will no longer be ordering from them. They now use DoorDash which I avoid placing orders through because of frequent delivery errors. Tonight I never received my order. My order status stated “dropped off”. I called the store and they stated they would remake and deliver it. But since they use DoorDash, there’s no way to know who is handing your food, who is coming to your house and no way to hold the delivery driver accountable for wrong delivery or possibly even stealing your food. At least if I order through DoorDash app I can see who’s delivering my food and showing up at my home. With Pizza Hut app, none of that information is shared with you. All you get is an order status.

Ordered delivery this evening and my food was hot and delicious. Driver arrived on time, he was polite and courteous. Had the supreme pan pizza and lemon pepper wings. Food was made to perfection and the wings were amazing! Wings tasted better than Wingstop. Perfect size, perfect amount of seasoning and fried nicely. I called up to the restaurant and spoke with Kathy to express my gratitude. She was professional, polite and appreciative.
