To have more friendlier service workers and have delivery drivers inform customers when they drop off food because when I had service delivered with contactless I just so happened to look out door because I had gotten message they was on the way 30 min had went by no door bell ring are call when I look out door pizzas was on porch filled with ants! Highly disappointed so with that being said I highly doubt I reccomend anyone to use this company services! Thought I would try again and today ordered the big new Yorker and was burnt. Never will I ever go back again

Awful!! We just paid $32 for two pizzas and one of our pizzas was supposed to have extra cheese. We paid $2 for the extra cheese, and there was next to no cheese on the pizza at all. Go elsewhere!

I ordered a supreme pizza from them today 4/27/2023. The order was wrong! It had pineapples on it, and I can’t eat pineapples!!!! I called to speak with a manager about the order, and was hung up on. Called again, I was placed on hold, and then a female staff member picked up. I started explaining what happened, and before I could finish, she hung up on me!!!! The staff is trash, the I couldn’t eat the pizza, so I gave it away. I will never order from them again!!!!

I ordered online and said leave my order at my door. The delivery driver never contacted me and took the order back to the store. When I noticed this, I contacted the store. I was on hold for a long time and when I finally got to speak with someone, they told me the order was at the store. She said it would take 15 min to redeliver. When it arrived 1 hour and 15 min later, the next driver asked me to pay again and would not give me my order. She then had to call the store again to correct this. The second driver was going to charge me $34 for the order, but I paid $50 online. Very strange. Anyway, it took over 3 hours to finally get my food.

Staff do not acknowledge your presence. I was at the drive through, so many people walking past the car noticing me waiting, I was waiting for 5 minutes but no one attended the window. I had to sound the horn, then five members turned up to the window asking me how they can help me. Pizza was decent but a little acknowledgement would’ve been good, if you weee busy, acknowledge my presence and ask me to wait, simple.
The owner replied to my review below, I emailed them and provided the info they requested but I have not hear back from them. I’m assuming the reply was for them to seem empathetic and responsive but do not be fooled. There are plenty of other pizza huts around which will serve you quicker and better.
They have a business because of us customers, they need to remember that.

As other reviewers have said… the lunch buffet is usually only handled by one waitress. She is nice and friendly but not prepared to wait the tables of the entire restaurant if they get busy.
The lunch buffet pizza is sometimes slow to come out as well.
Edit: May 16 2019 – customer service still sucks but it’s not really the fault of the only person working in the building. This Pizza Hut is managed very poorly to never have enough staff to wait tables, get drinks (I’ve been here twenty minutes without being asked what I want), clean tables (1/3 of the tables are covered in dirty plates and such), while making pizza for the buffet. The only guy working should be paid more with all these people complaining.
Edit2: May 16 2019 – never offered a drink. Been here 30+ minutes. They just put out clean plates.

Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza for as long as I can remember. My husband is a thin crust pizza but Pizza Hut’s wasn’t thin enough so we stopped going for years. Tonight he surprised me and took me there for dinner. The food was not a disappointment. The greatest!! The service however was not. It took us over 45 minutes to be served. Howsomever, I will say we had a nice, helpful waitress. She kept our refills coming and apologizing for the delay. When we got there, there was only one large group about done with their meal and that was it. It didn’t take us long to decide what we wanted but we sat there so long waiting for her to come back to take our order that my husband had to go up to the counter and ask for her. She was very busy in the back, so I got the feeling someone didn’t show up for work. They did give us a double order of bread sticks because they didn’t have the bread we ordered and didn’t charge us for one of our drinks. We will return because I love the pizza and want to give them another try.

Terrible…we ordered a pizza on a Thursday night..45 minutes later we received a text Door Dash delivered to the WRONG address. We called Pizza Hut and the remote Call Center who picks up for Pizza Hut continued to hang up on both my husband and myself on 2 different phones. Call Center is rude and is NOT doing Pizza Hut any favors or repeat business. I asked to speak to a manager of the Butler Road location and was hung up on or on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up…what a disappointment having relocated to this beautiful city with SEVERAL pizza choices.

This place is a travesty. Same experience as all the others. Ordered a pizza at 5:30 it is now 9:00 and still nothing. Called 5 different times. I’ve been put on hold never to hear from anyone, hung up on and told some call center would call me but never did. Finally ordered from another place. I will never order Pizza Hut again.
