RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in but some foreign guy kept walking back across the counter and he didn’t even acknowledge my presence he yelled to the back for some guy and when he finally got up there he didn’t greet me he just asked that I want to place an order and I told him I was there for pick up so he act like he had a attitude or something and I had to ask him was they under New Management because I’m not used to walking in here and getting treated that way and so when I open up my pizza when me and my kids are ready to eat my pizzas they weren’t fully cooked my toppings were not cooked in my pizzas

I live a few blocks from this Pizza Hut. I ordered lunch from here on 7/2/23. When the pizza arrived, the delivery driver was very nice and thanked me for the tip. When I checked the pizza, it appeared to be okay at first but later discovered there was little to no sauce on the pizza. The cheese was also over broiled to the cheese bread. I called 3 times and was put on hold and hung up on each time. The last time I got through the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. She said she boxed the order and watched the camera and that my order was up to Pizza Hut standard. She gave me the option of reordering the same food and nothing else. She said if I re-ordered the food would be exactly the same. I told her if over cooked cheese bread was the standard it was going to be a no for me. Why would I want to re-order the same low quality food twice if that’s the best they can do? She continued to argue there was nothing wrong with my food and then hung up when I talked back. Absolutely zero people skills and should not be on the front lines. I get there’s a nation wide worker shortage, but if that’s the best Pizza Hut has to offer I won’t be ordering again. I’m more disappointed in the poor customer service than the food I threw out.

Don’t buy from here. Your food will be wrong and your money will be wasted. Ordered delivery, paid a decent tip. Food gets here and it’s wrong. Wanted a pizza with no cheese (for a dairy allergy). I specifically asked for no cheese and put “dairy allergy no seasoning” in the comment section. I thought that was good enough bc that’s the way I’ve always done it. I called the place to let them know it’s wrong. The manager or duty that night said she can’t remake it. She can’t do anything. I explained they sent a pizza with the cheese seasoning and the manager said that doesn’t count as cheese. I offered to drive to Pizza Hut and exchange the full untouched pizza that clearly has cheese on it and she refused! She only offered me to drive there and pay for a while new pizza. No cares that I specified for a dairy allergy and they wouldn’t accommodate. So my little one didn’t get to eat the pizza. Not cool! Not to mention the pizza looked like crap!

I ordered a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza. I picked up my pizza at the exact time posted in app (20 minutes). I could have gotten a fresher pizza from little Caesars. This pizza was stale, it is almost like someone didn’t pickup their pizza and they just gave me the old one. Super sad man this ruined my night I was looking forward to this comfort meal.

Here on vacation for my birthday. Two large pizzas were ordered…one with pepperoni and sausage, the other pepperoni and bacon. As you can see, the first pizza is burnt and the other is filled with what looks to be ham and raw bacon. Granted, everyone makes mistakes. Called multiple times from two phones to dispute the order and the employee deliberately hung up the phone. Horrible customer service and experience.

Ordered delivery my order came without the pasta and instead I had my side order of cheese sticks inside the dinner box, also missing the 2 liter soda. I called the store explaining I only wanted the two missing items replaced. the manager on the phone said they could
Only replace the soda by itself or the entire meal. I asked why she couldn’t send the pasta she said she could only send the pasta if we send the first order back and they would send a whole new order so I said fine..we waited…DoorDash driver turned up with only a soda no pizza box etc. And fyi DoorDash drivers won’t do food exchanges etc and the manager is aware of that too. So I called the store back again…this time they didn’t answer the call. It’s just the lack of common sense for me, I own a restaurant in nyc that serves mostly takeout a delivery…if my manager dealt with a situation the way this manager did….i’d close up and choose a new business because how could anyone be stupid enough to think that woman is capable of being in charge, heck even smart enough to answer a phone an speak to the public. If it wasn’t so stormy I’d see her in person tonight. But I might stop by tomorrow before we head back to nyc.

Got lunch today – the gentleman at the front was kind and my order was made extremely fast. I got home and this has to be the best pizza I’ve ever had from p-hut and that says a lot because I’m a die hard p-hut fan!! So kudos to this location !! Yall got it perfect !!
