I come to this location a few times a week. Staff are nice my only complaint is when ever pizza hut is running a special like $2 personal pizza they always seem to be out of what ever is supposed to be on special. But the next day after the deal is over they have the items.

The Lake City Pizza Hut is one of the only remaining restaurants in Lake City that can actually get your order right from an online order or in person. The pizza is always hot, made exactly how you want it and tastes the same way every time. The current staff must be pretty close and work well together because their speed is no longer an issue. I would give them a 10 if possible and I hope they continue to flourish and see this review and feel great about themselves.
Whoever worked yesterday (October 28, 2024) from 11:30am – 1:45pm you all kicked (boot-tea) and I really appreciate the wonderful food!
Also, last Monday (October 21, 2024) from around 3:30pm – 4pm the staff who was working knocked it out of the park that particular day. If I knew all of you guys and gals names, I’d put that in this review! Thank you so much for the one place I can order food from and guarantee it be right each time.
I sincerely hope that the other restaurants in town also see this and step their game up because we order our food in a specific way which means that is how we EXPECT IT to be when we get it!

I always have a terrible experience and visit at this specific Pizza Hut location. As a dasher and a customer this place is terrible. The orders are NEVER ready in a timely manner. I have been waiting going on 32 minutes for a door dash order and he LITERALLY ONLY ordered a pizza. This is unprofessional untimely service makes it difficult for dashers to earn anything bc we have sat and waited extremely too long for JUST ONE ORDER. Home office needs to pay this place a visit and see what’s going on in this store that’s causing such terrible service.

This is our “go to” Pizza Hut since it’s close to us, but I’m thinking I’m just going to have to make my own. The food is okay, thin and crispy is just thin (no crispy to it), boneless wings are decent except that 1/3 of the 16 we got were hard tiny bits. The worse is the customer service. They used to have some friendly folks but either they left or we just keep going at the wrong time. Picked up our order last night (6/30/24) from the window, first off, waited 7 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there and then the girl working had absolutely NO personality, like she HATES her job. Told us how much, handed us the food without another word AT ALL! Just not worth the money they charge to be treated like you’re a bother for ordering food from them and then the food to just be okay.
