I walked in, and the facility smelled like old grease. Upon walking up to the counter, I wasn’t greeted until after a few moments. A manager greeted, asked how I was doing and replied that she was busy, and then asked that I give her a few moments. No worries. The place was empty of customers, and only 2 in the drive thru, but it seemed she was preparing to leave (and did just moments after I got my order).
She walked back up, and asked for my order. She answered a question that I had, but, then walked away without saying a word. It seemed like she needed someone else to enter a code or take the drawer. My order finally got taken by someone else.
The biscuit was not edible. The chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The sides, although edible, lacked freshness, and weren’t hot. It may be a while before I try this location again.

Just Went Thru The Drive Thru To Get A 16Pc Meal And We Only Wanted Legs And Breast.. We Can’t Do That, So We Asked How Long Will It Take To Drop Fresh Chicken.. Umm We Can’t Do That Because Our Buckets Require Blah Blah I Have Never Heard Of Such Laziness Crap In My Life And I Use To Work There And Y’all Wonder Why Yall Business Sucks And Get Complaints On The Employees And Managers On Duties About Attitudes Towards Customers Cause They Didn’t Want To Do Something.

For $30 I got a glorified order of chicken fries, six small pieces of bone in chicken and two containers of mashed potatoes that would serve two people, per container. If this is a family meal, it’s ridiculous. It’s sad that gas stations serve a higher quality food. I’ll not be back to kfc. If I want chicken from a chicken based food chain, I’ll go the extra mile to buy from Lee’s Famous Recipe.

They didn’t have any original chicken . So we could only get crispy . It’s only 5:30 pm . They also have no dark meat . It is supper time . How can you not have chicken ready ? Other then that the cashier is friendly . The workers are well mannered. They are all working hard . Everyone has on gloves . Seems like they need more workers . They need help ! Shame on the owners .

I would give this restaurant a huge negative if I could! I will never return there if my life depended on it. I watched employees eating by the drive thru, eating while making the food., employees grab food and dip them in the sauce on the line and then eat it. Even watched an employe go to lobby where her daughter was grab there food and eat it and then turn to making food without switching gloves!! They all stood around on their phones when they had no body instead of cleaning the place or changing the trash that was over flowing in the lobby

I was given the wrong order at the counter. When I got home I saw that it was not right. It was getting late and I didn’t feel like waiting and told them I just wanted my money back, I paid cash. They would not give me a refund and the person in charge got very disrespectful with me. I run a busyness myself and know you don’t treat customers like that. I will never go back to that store, the food is not that good anyway.

They are making improvements. I think they have new management. You might have to wait a little while for your order but the food is a 360 of what it was.

I love this restaurant so much. I love chicken and it’s the best chicken in the world and they have a really cute little pack line girl in there. She has blonde hair and she’s just so sweet. Her nails are gorgeous and I wanna eat there every single day when she’s there.
