First I would like to acknowledge that the young lady that was the front cashier, was very polite and welcoming. The establishment was well maintained and very clean. I ordered a meat loves melt for my lunch as I was heading to work. After getting to work an ready to eat I discovered that my melt only ha a thin layer of cheese and chopped ham. I am do disappointed as didn’t enjoy my food. My receipt says meat lovers but my melt was not. Pizza Hut we need better and expect better as supporters from our community. Highly disappointed ☹️

I ordered from Pizza Hut on 8/12/24, and this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The cheesy breadsticks weren’t even cut, there was barely any sauce on the pizzas, and the chicken pieces—whatever they were supposed to be—were definitely not wings.
This was my second time trying Pizza Hut at this location, and it will definitely be my last.

Pizza so bad that my dogs wouldn’t eat it. Pizza dough was horrible! The dough was flat, tough and one Pizza the dough was half cooked. The toppings weren’t much better. I paid $77.00 for 3 pizzas and I could have gotten better in the frozen food section of foodlion. When I notified the store, they offered in store credit. The last i want is more food from Pizza hut. I want my money back

I love Pizza Hut but I’m so frustrated with the online service. Anytime I try to order online, it can’t connect to the store. Corporate needs to fixe this. Other than that the people are wonderful with their customer service in the store or over the phone, and the delivers are kind.

If i could give a 0 star review on ordering from this place i would. Ordered a pizza and they told me hour to hour and a half wait for delivery and i agreed on that. At the two hour mark it was comming out the oven and itd be on its way, at the 2 hour 30 minute mark its just left the store and i finally received it at 3 hours. The pizza was barly, the pasta was cold, cheese sticks were not cut and under cooked (cheese wasnt melted underneath top layer of cheese), and the pepperoni melt didnt taste good as all the grease soaked into the bread and was undercooked as well.
I understand if a company is busy its gonna take a while to get a delivery out, but they told me that pickup was at least an hour from time of order and picking up would be about the same time as if i were to get it delivered. They charged me for the pizza and then took 3 hours to deliver it to me with the delivery driver telling me they couldnt keep up with the orders tonight. I wont be ordering from here again.

Supposed to have EXTRA SAUCE & DOUBLE CHEESE – I see NO SAUCE and Normal Amount of Cheese JUST in the Middle Areas!
I was “talked about” in Store with an Employee Remarking “He’s The Guy Who Always Complains”… that was RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, ESPECIALLY when your $20 Pizza looks like this!!!!!!!
I will go back but 3 Strikes & PIZZA HUT Is OUT!!! ⚾️

Waiting a hr and 40 minutes past the 30min eta for food is ridiculous. Called into the store after the app said the food was delivered at the 30min timer was up and they stated they have no control of the app just have to wait until it gets there
