Absolutely fantastic pizza that does NOT suck. I have been waiting for the Dominos to open here and I am so glad that my first experience with the store was as great as it was. Great people making jokes and having fun! Everyone was so nice and my order was ready and out as quick as possible!

Operations Manager myself, I leave reviews, and the service I received at the new Luling Domino’s demands recognition. At my store customer service Is the overall goal, and frankly, what I witnessed was amazing.
The Manager on duty (or I think he was if not you should make that change) John was truly outstanding from the moment I walked in. He had a big Smile and was immediately welcoming. The real operational brilliance, however, began when I asked about deals. I told him what I wanted, and he replied with a strategic gem: “Tell me what you want, and I’ll tell you the best way to make money.”
This showed he wasn’t just reciting a script; he knows his menu, current promotions, and profitability levers exceptionally well. I was genuinely impressed. I initially settled on two items, but here’s where his professional expertise shone: he executed a flawless, highly professional upsell that aligned perfectly with my overall goal. He didn’t push; he simply provided a better solution, which actually got me to my intended purchase size. This man is a strategic consultative seller!
Finally, as I was walking out, I overheard him actively and positively boosting his team’s morale and offering constructive feedback. Add team building to the impressive mix of customer service, menu expertise, and sales acumen.
Wow. You folks at Domino’s need to recognize this Manager immediately. He is a phenomenal asset. I say this with professional sincerity and a healthy dose of competitive warning: I will be more than happy to steal this man to come work for us.

I have ordered delivery from this Dominos 3 times since they opened. Delivery time has been very quick!!
I’ve tried different pizzas and breads from them and they have all been good. Love that they offer things like Philly cheese steak pizza and the jalapeño bacon bread which Tasted great!! These are also now my favorites!!!

I ordered a pizza that had no sauce on it which was dissapointing but the Manager offered to send it back out immediately but I wasn’t able to be there. She made it right a week later and the pizza was perfect.

Thankyou Dominoes staff for making our church workday even better. The pizzas that we ordered for lunch were delicious. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The restaurant was spotless. I would like to give a huge shout out to Domino’s Pizza! We placed an order last night for pizza and salad. We were staying at an rv park in fentress and drove into Luling to pick up the order. When we returned back to the RV to eat, I discovered my salad was brown and not edible. I called the store to complain. I spoke with Jon and explained that we were not staying in Luling. He was very understanding and offered to deliver a new salad to the rv park in fentress to replace the bad salad. He not only delivered the new salad but also gave us an extra salad on the house. Awesome customer service! Way to keep your customers happy.
