You can clean the inside up, but that means nothing with horrible managers and staff. If i could give it a 0 belive me I would. Took family out (5 people total including 1 child ) on a Monday night 12/15 ordered two pizzas and 24 wings. We waited over 45 minutes because the lady said they put it is as a to-go rather than a dine in and it sat there in the heater for 20 minutes and was just bairly warm when we got it. This woman continued to argue with me about it being cold like she knew. She refused refund or anything compensation except a small cookie or desert for my time. I kept refusing but she was very insisting to my son’s about getting us some kind of desert. I could have spent $70 elsewhere with much better service and HOT FOOD. I Didn’t even eat it bought it home for my dogs. Everyone there needs to be fired. Discusting. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I placed my order online and was not notified that they did not offer the item I ordered. Not even when we went to the restaurant to pick up the order, did the general manager tell me that they didn’t have what we ordered. Only when the box was opened and I saw the wrong thing, was I notified that they didn’t sell chessy garlic bread anymore. Then there was no apology for the inconvenience, nor any offer for a refund. I was very disappointed in the management. Being in charge of all the other employees, this manager should have handled this situation differently. The previous general managers were very accommodating. This restaurant has a great new look, with extremely poor management. I don’t recommend this as your dining choice. More recently I gave them another chance and received the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. I do not recommend this location until they make some changes to the staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been coming to this location for over 20 years but last night was my last time. Customer service is non-existent and the general manager is horrible. I have never experienced such a horrific and unprofessional experience in any type of restaurant experience. After arriving home, I sat down to eat my food and my carry out wing order was wrong. I decided to drive all the way back across town so it could be corrected. The GM told me that it was my fault that I did not check my food in the drive through lane (with attitude) She did not want to offer me anything for my inconvenience either. Save yourself time and money , and don’t go here.

This location has really become a disappointment. This is not the first time we’ve had toppings & cheese missing from the center. Today’s visit was ridiculous. The pepperoni pizza was missing a chunk from one piece, burnt on one part, cheese and ingredients were missing from probably a third of the pizza and to be honest it looked like 3 different pizzas were pieced together. I took it in and a new pizza was made but this should have never been served.

The was a little nostalgic for me as I haven’t sat down at a Pizza Hut restaurant in years as most of them have shifted to pick up and Delivery only. Though it’s not set up as a traditional restaurant, you place your order at the counter and can sit at the tables inside. The staff did bring our food to the table, which was a pleasant surprise. The pizza always tastes better straight of the oven. Overall, we had a good experience.

I didn’t dine in so I can’t speak to the “atmosphere”, but I’m addicted to their boneless chicken bits in garlic parmesan sauce! I toss them into a bag of ready to eat caesar salad and voila, dinner in under 5 mins!! Delicious!!!
