My first time ordering ina very long time. Ordered a large ultimate supreme, a New Yorker, a Chicken Alfredo, and cheese sticks and I wasn’t thrilled. The dough on the pizzas and cheese sticks had a weird after taste almost as if it had gone bad. It was so greasy that there are puddles of grease in the bottom of the box. When you spend $60+ on food you expect it to taste good. My husband and 2 children didn’t like it either. Literally spend $60+ to throw in the trash. My boys got the Alfredo to share and said it didn’t taste like anything, it has no flavor at all. This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my whole life. I will never ever buy from here again. I don’t know how you mess up pizza but you guys really dropped the ball with my order. Although the lovely girl at the register was super nice and answered any questions I had. So A+ for her customer service, I wish I would have gotten her name. She definitely deserves recognition. So whom ever you are thank you, you were the only good thing out off my experience with this Pizza Hut.

I ordered 3 pizza and 18 count wings, they were supposed to be lemon pepper flavored. I received plain wings and was undercooked. Spent 45 min on hold and never got to speak to anyone. Spent almost 100 bucks. This was a first And will be the last time I do Business with them

Ordered and paid for online for pick up in store. When I got there was a line which was fine, the cashier was having trouble with the computer and the manager came out and done the door dash orders whi h was fine. The problem came when I got up to the counter and her computer crashed and she asked for help and got told by another coworker very rudely I can’t deal with that while everyone that was waiting was watching. Here I am waiting and watching this girl struggle I said something that is when the manger came back out and called IT. They were telling us they could cash us out because of the computer even though I had already paid online. After about being there for 45 minutes they finally gave me my pizza which by now is luke warm. So sad how they treated the cashier. She was the only reason I stayed and didn’t cancel my order.

Ordered a large meat lovers and sent us home with cheese. Try to call and on hold with “order” person, has to get the store on the phone! 5 minute wait. Not sure why we keep going back but door dash orders are always a cluster for pick up.

As of 10/24/2025 the Statesville pizza hut is closed. Hopefully for good. Poor food, poor service and a nasty lobby are all factors. Sanitation grade B says a lot. There are far more better options in town. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s terrible and most of the time the pizzas are not made correctly. Customer service is lacking. Do better or shut it down, which they have. A lot of the pizza guys are closing. This one doesn’t surprise me at all

Call center sucks they either hang up on you or just flat out transfer you hopefully you get the right store or even get an answer like I order Pizza Hut a lot and actually prefer their pizza over any other pizza restaurant and today you have really lost a customer not just cause of the food but because of the customer service

After an hour and 30-40 minutes get a message saying our order was cancelled. Spent almost an hour just to talk to someone on the phone got put on hold twice, ended up having to go to the store to find out what the problem was. They never called to say they didn’t have what we ordered. Poor management and customer service
