The pizza and wings were Great….But I just checked my credit card and someone from there tipped theirself more than $12! NOT OK. I will be calling to have that refunded. If paying with a card..start checking how much they take! My receipt says one thing but my bank says another!

We ordered a thin crust pizza, what we got was a crust with huge bubbles on all but 3 pieces. Most of the toppings had slid to the center of the pizza. When I called, the phone rang over to the call center. They gave me a credit for the amount of the order. The credit never showed on the account. When I called to redeem, the manager put me on hold, then a very rude employee picked up. This location will never get a penny of mine again.

I ordered a hand tossed large supreme pizza yesterday, and took it back to my house 8 minutes away (and my car windows were up to keep the pizza hot), and when I opened the box at home, the pizza looked like it was about 4 + hours old, it wasn’t even hot at all, either. My wife said it tasted like a reheat. I thought the pizza was supposed to be fresh! It wasn’t fresh, not even close. I saved the receipt, because me and that manager are going to have a talk about that.

Always having a pleasant time and delivery with pizza hut, this has disgusted me entirely. I ordered pizza and bread sticks as normal online, after doing so, I ran an errand. After returning my employees state my pizza hasn’t come yet. It is now 40-45 mins. I call, she says its in the hot oven, they weren’t aware of the pizza being placed in the oven. (Wondering) After receiving pizza, I open my marinara sauce and I find MOLD IN MY SAUCE. I immediately called, it takes manager 8 mins to answer the phone after initial person answers. I’m perturbed. She answers IMMEDIATELY irate. She says ” well what do you want me to do….this aint right, its pre made so it couldn’t be true”. I then respond iritated because my children and wife has to eat as well and if this has mold, what about the sauce on the pizza? She proceeds to say while yelling ” well I don’t care what you do because….however, I hang up the phone because I’m not confrontational. Needless to say, I will not return to this PIZZA HUT AGAIN and you should think twice about ordering as well. This is a health violation and will be reported to BBB and Health and Safety. Worst place ever! We ordered around 7:30 and it is 8:18 and just got our food. Nobody tending to the window. We had ordered a simple cheese pizza and wings. No sense of urgency. This place has been bad the last few times we’ve used it. Definitely need more and better staff.

There is a caucasian lady that manages this restaurant on first shift. I would advise anyone not to eat lunch at this particular restaurant, as she will definitely skimp on the ingredients. I’ve encountered her on more than one occasion and the situation wad the same all times. I order the melts every time I go here and she will give you mostly bread with cheese in it. Also she will cheat you out of sauce. Every pizza hut I go to gives sauce with the melts. Even the employees on other shifts at this same restaurant, but she tries to charge extra for the one that supposedly comes with the order. I will be sure to get her name so you all know who to avoid. Also she is the only one who does this at this restaurant. The lady on the night shift is awesome. Update coming…

Never had a problem with st pauls pizza hut until tonigth as i arrived there when 3 girls juat standing around at window still had wait get my pizza on top of that my cinnamon rolls are brunt.
