I have order pizza from this location for over a year but lately management has been bad, it’s been twice that I order pizza with toppings on one half and toppings in the other and I checked the pizza this time before leaving and told them, lady at the front desk seems unhappy with me noticing their mistake and went a replaced the pizza after I explained how it was and still got it wrong by putting only 1 topping on one side and 1 at the other when it was supposed to be pinnaple in one side and sausage in the hole pizza, I told the lady at the front desk when I noticed that she said it wrong and she just gave me a bad look, reminder I was really polite because I understand that no one is perfect, I usually enjoy ordering at this pizza hut but lately customer service and attetion to detail has been really bad.

I’m filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered dinner for my family and the delivery driver forgot to bring my drinks. I called and was told that my drinks would be brought to me in 15 minutes. It’s been an hour later. Not to mention that our dinner was luke warm upon arrival. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it is the last time. I will NEVER use the Club Pond road location again. You never get what you pay for!!!!

This Pizza Hut has gone down in ability to serve properly. They skip deliveries, don’t sent the right products. Then when you have to go there because you want the order right it takes forever. The workers suck! Not ordering from here any more.

told about 30 min. The food and staff was very nice and friendly. I have ordered from them before and will order from them again. The pizza could have been a bit hotter.

Ordered through the app a Super Supreme Pizza, spouse picked it up. The pizza had mostly cheese, scarce toppings ( meat and vegetables) and tasted horrible. I contacted the manager who had a very nonchalant attitude to my concerns about the quality of food sold to me.
This Pizza Hut usually has good pizza, I think the issue is a substandard manager who doesn’t ensure the quality of the food leaving his restaurant is up to par, because this is the second time there’s an issue with the food while he was on shift. Full transparency the employee he handed me off to on the phone did issue me a $ 22.00 credit for the pizza we purchased.

Terrible food quality assurance and manager. One time the food is good, the next time the pizza is swimming in grease. Contacted the store and the manager hung up on me and when I called back she acted like it was my fault. I was told the general manager would call me back but after reading some of these other reviews I doubt that will happen.

Definitely not Detroit deep dish. First, why start with two types of pepperoni? The cupped ones are the only ones you need. Second, the sauce was not from San Marizano tomatoes, strike 2. Third your your cheese blend is way off. Edible, but overall not from the 313. Quit fronting and please call it something else, the D already has a bad rap and your nasty pizza called Detroit deep dish doesn’t help.

Order my food at 7 PM 811 they told me my order will be leaving the store by 821 at 9:30. I still have not gotten my food at 10 o’clock.
