This is one of the best Pizza Hut locations I have ever visited. Tina consistently provides outstanding customer service. She is extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door.
Every time I come into the store, I notice how she goes above and beyond in her job. She maintains a positive attitude, works with urgency, and treats people with respect something that is becoming rare to find.
I am a business owner myself, and I can easily recognize when someone truly cares about the success of a business. Tina clearly does. Employees like her are a major asset to any company, and she deserves recognition for the dedication and professionalism she shows every day.

I was very dissatisfied with my order. All I wanted was a personal pan pizza delivered but I had to meet a certain dollar amount to get it deliver. So with that being said I got a little excited about the food that I did order and I was ready to tear into it. The food was cold, the boneless wings were trash and my bread sticks were not even cut. Then I had literally a spit of marinara sauce in the cut for all the in cut bread sticks.

I called in to place a pizza order majestic personal pan pizza all the meats and a side of garlic parmesan boneless wings a call to make sure my order was complete because they were talking through a call center you’re never speaking to anyone at the store which is very unprofessional when you get your food you don’t know whether it’s going to be cold hot or healthy enough to eat I had to call five times only to keep getting connected back to the call center without speaking to someone at the store that was very frustrating for me I’m very unprofessional on their part you should always be able to have a line that you can speak to a manager or person in charge at any restaurant especially when you are ordering out I rate this a -1 star ⭐..

This is the 3rd week I have not heard from a manager to get my refund from almost a month ago for $2 Pizzas I ordered for my son. When I came to pick up myself and my husbands order, the worker let me know that they had sold out. She asked my name and I gave it to her and let her know my husband also had an order. She interrupted me and said the same thing as far as his return. We watched our accounts over the next few days, mine money refunded the same day and his never refunded. I called and asked for a manager and was told they wouldn’t arrive until 6pm that evening and to call back. I did and the manager was still not available. At this point, its the principal, not the $4 and change i am looking for. I will be reaching out to their district manager and expect my refund as well. I could care less how long it takes at this point. I will never shop with this store again.

I was wondering where our pizza was… turns out it was thrown at our steps. This is what it looked like when I opened it up!!! Quietly waiting at home for it, and they didn’t bother to knock or ring the doorbell.
Over 25mins on the phone and they won’t pick up after I mentioned what happened.
Disgusting and unacceptable.
I called again and when I told them the pizza is in bad shape, they hung up immediately.

Do not order the new menu item. It’s burned beyond edible. Pizza was okay but they HAD to see how badly burnt the melt they sent was when they boxed it.

Ordered double pepperoni and got sausage.. Tired of this pizza hut my second time in a row with bad experience they will not even pick the phone up so you can call them and tell them to fix they mistakes . By this time I just would not even bother ordering from here everybody up there ignorant.
