Walked in ordered a melt and cheese sticks for carry out on my lunch break, first time visiting this location. They handed me my bag and I got back to to work and had 2 orders of boneless hot wings. When I noticed the mistake I have tried to call the location for over an hour the 1 time someone picked up they immediately hung back up. Called the 800number and was instructed to go to their website and fill out a contact us form. SMH.

The cashier told me my order wasn’t ready yet so I said thank you ma’am and I sat down to wait, she apparently got mad and said don’t ever call me that then she proceeds to yell at the employees there,( that word better not come out of none of y’all’s mouth don’t you dare call me ma’am). I am 50 plus years old I treat everyone with respect I never thought by saying ma’am was some kind of insult. I used to like Pizza Hut in Bessemer City but not anymore. I won’t be going there as long as she is working there.
