I love Dunkin, don’t get me wrong. I have the app, I love the reward system, but every time I go to this location and ask for LIGHT ICE 3/4 of my drink is ice. I talked to other ppl about it around the area and they also agree. PLEASE PUT A NORMAL AMOUNT OF ICE INTO OUR DRINKS!

Accidentally placed my order at this location, called and asked for a refund, said they couldn’t cause it was already made. Makes no sense to me. Asked for corporate number and the name of the person taking my call, he shaved the phone down and hung up on me.

I ordered two drinks and bacon. When we got our hot coffee it was maybe 3/4 full and not hot. The bacon was raw and cold. Like just came out of the fridge cold. When we initially pulled up to the voice box the first person was rude. The Second Lady was much nicer at the voice box when she cut #1 off and when she was at the window. Only went here as a last resort and it solidifies I will never ever go to another Dunkin.

Shocked by so many bad reviews, this is the most consistent DD in the area in my opinion. Always quick, orders right, foods not burned or stale. The lincolnway Dunkin is downright awful, always out of espresso and foods gross. Not this location!

Went here a few times when they opened and staff was super friendly and food was good. Today the service was horrible and food was not good at all. Won’t be returning.

Save your money- Go to starbucks or McDonalds instead. After change in ownership service & food have gone down hill. Visited many times hoping for better service as they are next to my nail place, and every time I am disappointed.
Communication- staff lacks english proficiency to take orders, under stand basic instructions or drink modifications as well as questions on promotions/coupons. They force you to use the kiosks so they don’t have to use the register system and can deny coupons.
Beverage quality- last 3 trips my order was wrong (ingredients) as they used the sweetener flavored syrups add in not the unsweetened flavored syrups. The last two times my coffee was extremely watery and lacked coffee flavor. Cappuccinos are 1/2 foam, 1/2 coffee which tasted like foam & water. The counter gal made an absolute mess with the foam so I was doubtful she knew how to make it correctly. Thus, I asked for her to replace with just a black coffee with cream. This cup tasted like watered down coffee and creamer. Gross
Other locals- At nail salon I talked to others who got coffee that day or had recently visited. All reported their coffee drinks tasted poorly, very thin on ingredients and lacked proper coffee base.
Awful coffee- I suspect the new store mgmt is skimming on ingredients including standard brewing coffee grounds per pot or reusing old grounds to brew new pots.

My double chocolate donut did NOT have a thick layer of chocolate icing as described in the advertisement. Disappointing. I could barely understand the server because of his foreign accent.

Nice place was really excited but they don’t really listen asked for a little bit of ice before putting in coffee to cool it off not unusual request and they say yes no problem, and never do it. Everywhere else for twenty years not a problem. Then substitute whatever bacon now that’s in the wrap, so can taste very different. Drive thru is fast but not easy to use, but inside the same order can take up to twenty minutes to get a drink made. As it’s so close really wanted it to work out. we’re now driving to the one miles away to get our food.

A younger woman was working today, I was the only customer. The hash browns were old and cold and my coffee wasn’t right it had to sweetener in it. I asked for napkins bc the self service station was out and she repeatedly tried to tell me where to get them though I kept repeating they were out. There’s a man that works at this one and he gets everything correct never one mistake. This girl was barely moving, she did not want to be there.
