Terrible! Seemed like cheese sticks were old. They also weren’t cut. Should’ve been cut into 10 individual sticks as advertised. They just put one huge cheese stick rectangle in the box and when we asked them to cut it the associate seemed annoyed that I asked him to do what should’ve already been done and only made one cut down the middle. The personal pan pizzas weren’t great either. First time visiting this location. Terrible experience, won’t be back. I recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere where you’ll be respected as a customer and your business appreciated.

We ordered a pizza from here. We should have known it would be a disaster from the “delivered” notification that we received 30 minutes before getting our pizza. After waiting over an hour, you would expect our basic pepperoni pizza to be correct. It was not. We received cheese. When we called about it, the person to answer the phone was rude and condescending. Not to mention the cookie we ordered was burnt. Overall, a terrible order and terrible time. I would recommend anywhere else before here for your pizza needs.

Chiiile, I went there less than 48 hours ago and baby! I was disappointed. I ordered a small hand tossed pizza and a 12 count buffalo medium sauce wings. My order of chicken was wrong twice. One man rung up my order while another one brought out the order. The total wait time for everything was I know close to 30-45 mins. & I was a dine-in. Literally only one family was there when I got there. But anyway, the order of wings came out wrong twice before they finally got it right, then the pizza was wrong too! I was like “what are they doing!?!?!” The pizza came out thin crust instead of hand tossed. The wings came out first a 8-piece boneless buffalo, then 12 count lemon pepper wings, then finally the right order of wings smh. I was tired of waiting & went on ahead and ate the pizza because I was hungry and had already been sitting for 25-30 mins just for my order to be constantly wrong. Had I not already paid & started eating I would’ve definitely asked for my FULL refund, left & not came back. & the dude that brought the wings to me time after time wrong, I specifically told them what I ordered when they brought the chicken out wrong the first time. & people came in and left right out after they were sitting & waiting for over 15-20 min. It’s ridiculous. Management needs to do better with cracking down on them and making sure the food is right! && they need to be wearing hair nets because from management to workers , none of them had anything on to protect the food. I know where not to go again until they get themselves together. Crazy thing about it is when I got my pizza the ticket was right but the order was wrong. So that comes to show they won’t reading or paying attention. The only ones who seemed to have gotten their order quickly & accurate were those that had ordered online. When the right order of wings came out, the person told me they were having problems with their fryer & apologized. I was merciful but it still has nothing to do with the order being wrong. $29 is way too much to be spending on food constantly being made wrong because you not paying attention. & it didn’t come with a drink! Smh Pizza Hut, Do better!!!!

I would not order from this store. They do not cut their deserts anymore, the order i made was over an hour late and incorrectly marked as delivered 20 minutes early, and they forgot all the toppings on my pizza! When I called them about the bad experience, the person on the phone talked to my like I was stupid and refused any sort of refund. The cheese pizza itself was cold and mediocre. Also, the cookie i ordered was entirely burnt around the edges.

The pizza came out beautiful, with plenty of each topping I ordered. The crust and meat was bronzed and crisp. The server was friendly and patient when I asked for garlic sauce and a drink at the carry out window. I plan on ordering from here again.

We had our basketball ceremonies here. The staff was great. The server was very attentive. The food was hot, fresh, and well worth it. Great job to Pizza Hut. Keep up the good work! Thank you from hunting high girls basketball team

I had a online order. I got 2 large 3 topping pizzas. 1 of the pizzas had no cheese & was supposed to be handtossed but it was so thin. The other pizza was so freaking greasy & half of it looked thin crust & only one slice looked handtossed. If im paying almost $30 for 2 pizzas I should not have to come home & add stuff to it so it can be edible. This location sucks! No use in calling because they will not give you a refund. They only offer to remake it. I’ll pass because it should have been done right the first time.

Absolutely disgusting I don’t understand how hard it is to make a pizza The cheese was nonexistent and The sauce was nonexistent. The box was hot but the pizza wasn’t even warm and it was just plain disgusting and disappointing I hate to waste money! The cinnamon rolls didn’t have the icing on them. The breadsticks were so old they tasted stale and were not even cut and the pizza tasted old. I don’t understand how this place is still in business this is very poor service I’m very saddened by this experience. You guys need to do better. $40 worth of food just to not be able to eat it. This is ridiculous.

This store has gone through a positive transformation. Recently not only was the entire restaurant overhauled and remodeled, but the staff management also. I wanted to be sure to give kudos to the management and staff of this Pizza Hut.
We used online ordering through the app, on the evening of 5/23/2024. When we arrived to pick our order up, it was realized that our order was wrong, through no fault of the staff or ours, my best guest is something with the app. When the young man at the window saw they made what was on the ticket they received, he was very nice and asked if we wanted to speak to the manager. The manager was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. The manager there that evening is an asset to this store. She has successfully managed that store and the employees there at a level we don’t see much in food services anymore. She and her entire team went above and beyond.
Oh and the food was excellent, this was our 3rd visit in maybe 2 months, whereas before the transformation, we had not been in years!

Okay Vibe
Food is OK. Place is disgusting. I was handed dirty plates & they tried to charge $9 for 4 cups of water? Seriously. I dont blame the cashier at all, she was nice but the manager is just plain greedy at this point. They only had 6 or 12ct wings instead of the 36 or more thats on their menu. So i had to pay more than i would have if i had been able to order 36. The only reason for that would be to squeeze more money out of customers as i could order 3 12c wings and get 36, but pay way more. I also watched them not pick up the phone as it rang several times so i wouldnt bother calling!
