five guys has gotten out of hand. I haven’t gotten a burger there in a few years. While yes, the flavor of the burger was good. I just cannot justify spending $10 on a paper thin burger. This is about the same thickness as a two dollar McDonald’s cheeseburger. I will say the employees are very friendly.

After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well. I’m grateful to the team at the Prince Frederick MD Five Guys restaurant. They have our repeat business

I get a Five Guys burger infrequently. It’s been awhile since we ordered from the Prince Frederick store. After ordering over the phone the driving to the location I figured that the 15 minutes it took would mean O could pay and pick it up quickly. I fact it was over 30 minutes after arriving. They seemed to have forgotten my order which ws very simple just a couple burgers and a lg fries. Thankfully the food was amazing as normal. The service was NOT.

I know prices are going up everywhere. The prices have increased so much since I dined here last that I could not justify getting a complete meal. The smallest drink and fries together were $9. Those of us on fixed incomes have to consider that when dining out. Maybe a lesser expensive and smaller portioned senior option would be helpful. Think about it.

Service was great, store was clean, food tasted good…the prices are absurdly expensive. You’ll pay the same amount for fast food cheeseburgers here as you would at a sit-down restaurant.

Waited 20 minutes past the online order ready time to pick up in store. When I arrived home my burger did not have the bacon I paid for and included mushrooms which I did not ask for. Fries were soggy. Crazy for $50
