I went here for lunch with a coworker. When we walked in no one greeted us. We wondered if maybe they weren’t open. Had to walk up to the registers to find a worker at all. In hindsight we probably should have just left. But behind the register was a somewhat nice lady who took our orders. We paid, sat down and she brought us our drinks. We had both ordered starry. There was no syrup in those drinks what so ever. We replaced them with iced tea. Then a smell kind of hit us. Sewer smell. Like hey get your septic system checked. So we did our best to ignore it because we had ordered and paid already.
Finally the food comes. My coworkers personal pan was OK she said but a little hard. Her wings were fine, but not very hot, just warm. My tasted good, but was cold in the center. Its like all their food is microwaved. The best thing we had was the breadsticks that came with my pasta. Other than that nothing was very good. We ate, we chatted, and left. In the car we talked about never going there again. No one else came in or out of the place while we were there. So I guess this just isn’t yhe spot. This is my second time in Williamston and my second food disappointment. Where oh where do the locals eat? Because thus far, you guys have nothing.

Call the head to place the order for pickup when was asked to hold on and I held on in for 20 minutes until I arrived at the pizza hut and they couldn’t care less. Their answer was we must have been busy however there was no one in the restaurant

I ordered the melt, side and drink meal. Went to the window to pick up. I checked my food before leaving. Once I seen this melt had basically no cheese, it was hard and I no sauce. When I showed the lady at the window how it looked, I was told they have a cup to measure the cheese and I would have to pay $1.17 for a sauce that it should have came with. I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager. (It wasn’t Diane). The lady called the cook to the window, when I’m explaining it to her she just stood there with a blank look on her face. When I asked to have another made with cheese on it all I received was eyes being rolled at me. Needless to say the food went in the trash, now I’m out of my money and left with no food on my lunch break. This isn’t the first time orders have been bad at this location, but chose to give them another chance! This place will never get better as long as it has the management team and employees that are currently there!

You have to order your food at the counter. There’s no real plate or utensils. Someone might bring your food to your table if someone is free. If not, you go get it. They charge for a container, 2 tablespoons, of sauce. And then they want a tip.

In my opinion and I am a fan of Pizza Hut. I am visiting my in laws live here in Williamston NC. I felt the deal was great, but my personal pan was dry and my boneless was fried too hard I couldn’t enjoy it at all.

I’m reading all the other reviews and the food reviews are bad. What in the world? Everytime I order from here the pizza is always GREAT!
Now I’ve never eaten inside but I have gone inside to use the bathroom. Yes the Floor was super sticky and the bathroom was nasty. The music that was playing was not conducive to having a nice dining experience. It didn’t have a restaurant vive it was very ghetto-ish. Not a place to bring the family to dine in. Go to the drive through, get your pizza to go.
The pick up window people are always super nice, and the pizza is ALWAYS GREAT.
From the other reviews it sounds like the owner should do a surprise inspection. That’s the only way to improve their business. Because each time I do go the parking lot is empty.

I would leave zero stars if I could my pizza looked horrible. Not only that but it wasn’t even hot and the delivery was late. Then I called to complain and they kept redirecting my calls to a store in Raleigh. All I wanted was for them to fix my food. I had to drive to the store because they kept redirecting me or putting me on hold. Which is horrible customer service I will never order from them again.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Every employee was on there phone, and I’m still trying to understand how you can be mad at a customer for bringing back dry pizzas. I brought the pizzas back and they still wanted my receipt and I had just left 10 min ago. There was no urgency in fixing my order and I dnt even think they cared but I know they wouldn’t want there food to like like mine. Also how can you work while holding a baby.

Most the time I get great service from this spot but I will never order anywhere near closing ever again this was ridiculous OVERLY sauced with Alfredo an barbecue, hardly any cheese undercooked and I had chicken stuffed crust the cheese wasn’t even melted in the crust an was precariously cut so disappointed guys do better.
