Update- we ordered again tonight. My wife bit into the pizza and there was the long, nasty hair! I called the restaurant and the guy could care less. I took the order back for a refund. He also needs customer service training. I told them I’d recommend hair nets. I also wanted my tip refunded and he said talk to the person who we tipped haha. Bless his heart. I hope there’s someone in charge who reads this.
HORRIBLE “customer service.” My girlfriend said the person had an attitude when she picked up the food. They gave us the wrong pizza. She asked for extra sauce on the wings and the lady walked away with the wings so who knows what she did with them. I took the wrong pizza back and the questionable wings for a refund. The male manager was very nice. Two ladies walked around the corner while he was trying to process the refund. I thought they were coming to apologize. The one who had an attitude with my girlfriend then proceeded to ask me what was wrong? I assume her name was Jada because I think that’s what was on her earrings. I quickly asked her not to talk to me because I don’t do well with attitudes or poor customer service. The other female gave me a refund for the items. Not once did she smile, apologize, or attempt to provide good customer service herself. I’d love to talk to a District Manager but Pizza Hut doesn’t share the managers phone number. I see why. All they would be doing would be fielding calls from disappointed customers. Do better Pizza Hut!

No items ordered were cut properly and the containers seemed to have taken all the moisture because the box is covered in grease and the pizza itself is very dry. Extremely disappointed in the lack of quality compared to other places.

I ordered delivery for my family because I didn’t feel like cooking dinner, we haven’t ate Pizza Hut in a couple of years because of a past experience wasn’t great, but went ahead and gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised, my family enjoyed a large cheese pizza, I had the Chicken Alfredo, and we ordered the little apple pies. Everything was hot and delicious. The delivery driver was very kind and personable.

The food is decent, the apple turnovers are my favorite. My issue is that whenever I order a pizza, no matter if I select regular or extra sauce, it has neither. There is NO sauce, just red spots in the crust under everything. It has happened at least 3 times.

Usually when I order from here everything is perfect but I ordered 16 Buffalo mild wings and they gave me sweet chili. I called them atleast 5-6 times to corrrect the order so I wouldn’t have to spend more money and no one answered the phone.

Gotten delivery several times from this location and everytime I’ve had to call and get a corrected order. No sauce on the pizza even when I ask for extra sauce. Never will order from them again. Marcos and Michalangelos are far better choices.

Gave us the wrong pizza and we had to wait while they remade our original order. They did make the other one fairly quick (15min.) but sucked that we had to wait after already waiting for order to be done in the first place. The employees were not nice about it either. Blonde guy was nice, everyone one else was not.

Had ordered online and received order in a timely manner. Although one pizza seemed a bit under cooked. Called them and they sent another one within 45 minutes. Cooked great! So far this location has been my main pizza pick! I would recommend them to work on their customer service verbal responses.

The food hot and delivered in a timely manner. The driver greeted me with a smile even though she had a mask on, I could see the smile in her eyes. The food was delicious. I used to work for a pizza establishment. I know the time and work it takes to deliver a good product. Team effort. I could really tell that this Pizza Hut was outstanding in service, delivery, and presentation of the product.
