This is a lively restaurant where the wait staff is friendly and loud in a happy sort of way. Our waitress gave us excellent service! The food and the drinks were very good. This is a great place to stop for a meal or a drink before you board you’re plane.

The app to order was a little slow, but it worked out fine, with a few glitches. The service was quick and very pleasant. Boy, did the food hit the spot as we’re in the middle of a 4+hr delay due to weather along the East Coast!
Update: Our meal lasted us through our 7.5hr delay, 2.5hr flight, and home at 3am. Thx Chilis!

5/5 Had breakfast here before my flight. I got the breakfast Taco’s and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! They were awesome! Food was hot, fresh and came out in a timely manner. Waitress was super friendly and I would definitely eat here again. Nice job guys!

Food were pretty good comparing to airport foods expectation. The service was pretty bad and slow, nobody cares. Took forever to get someone to help us order food on the phone since our table never be registered. after that nobody was around. I tried to flag someone but they just looked me and ignored, made me feel unvalued. So we just ate and left. Typical airport restaurant.

I hate hate the QR code app. Call me old fashioned but I want to order from a person and look at a menu that’s at least 8 1/2 by 11. They didn’t tell me about the QR code ordering. And there’s not a clear water service either. They even do these cheap hotel tricks like this picture. Id leave in protest but we’re already sitting down and it’s our best chance of eating before our flight leaves in 30mins. Someone just came over and was nice to us but I’d prefer to have a regular server.

Awful. Took 20 minutes to order (even though it’s a QR code they didn’t open the table). Coffee never arrived and they argued about taking it off the check. Food was lukewarm and food forever to arrive. Not many options at this airport and they know it..

So the person at the podium greets you with ” when are you boarding?” This is because the service is super slow but I have been here several times and the waiters are always nice. My drink was good and generous.

The waitstaff is amazing! The food is OK. The order system requiring use of online menu is user unfriendly and a user experience fail. I just spent a lot of time entering an order but could not place it because prior customer did not close it out. I fly into PBI often and I used to stop in at Chili’s in the terminal for a meal, now I eat after leaving the airport. I have had three bad experiences with it in one year. Three strikes and HSM Host is out.

We had terrific service! We were seated quickly, got our food in less than 10 minutes, and were out of there. The waiter offered to help us order if the QR code wasn’t working and checked on us while we ordered. He brought water refills quickly. When I poured some of the leftover water into my water bottle, the server noticed and offered to top off my water bottle, asking whether I would like ice in it. The food was typical Chili’s food, no complaints—overall good quality for an airport.
Seeing other mixed reviews, either we got really lucky or Chili’s has been listening to feedback. I would dine here again.

If you want flat warm beer, coke that tastes like the tap hasn’t been cleaned in decades, less than average service and mystery meat tasting burgers than this is the place for you! Paid $41 for two in eatable burgers and warm flat beer.
The manager (perhaps) did come by and said, your burgers were not good? Correct we answered, and she just stood there…. They could not even print my check. Oh, and the alleged “greeter/seater” needs kindness lessons.
Maybe Burger King will see this and open a real restaurant in terminal C.
