This is the second time I ordered from the store I caught using (Ubereats) however I did call the store directly to speak with the manager to make sure she checks my food. Make sure it’s fresh. These people gave me style. Pizza crust is so hard you can’t even bite it intentionally I save it so I can take it to Department of health. This place needs to be investigated.

Food is good..it’s pizza hut…..staff is trash mainly the person in the front with the head wrap. I asked them why they would mark my order as ready and still continue to tell me it’ll be right out. “They” had no explanation only “you can cancel that orda tho, I’ma just hand it to someone else”….I wasn’t about to argue or make a scene so I left.

You’re telling me it’s fresh and I’m here and you’re going to leave it sitting on the counter because you’re too stubborn to say “my apologies sir” she looked at me rolled his/her eyes and said u can cancel that order…trash…get him/her outta here. She/has is terrible and ruining dashers experience. I let my customer know before I was forced to cancel the order and they agreed that was ridiculous

I cannot review the food because i didnt eat, and I give the service a 5 cause the lady was really nice, but this place was mega trash, had to have a bathroom key, FOR A PIZZA HUT????. And you can just feel how grimey it is. Super nasty looking joint. All in all dont go.

No plates or cutlery to dine in. Literally has a sign no cutlery sign on wall walking in. Basically order and bring your own to eat in. Atleast booths are there to sit on. No trash cans if you do decide to eat in there. Used to be a busy popular location. 1st time back in years

Why the doors locked at 12:30 pm during lunch! Who has time to wait in a drive thru for folks to order a pizza and then wait for them to cook it. They didn’t even have enough common sense to park those ordering to get to the ones who ordered online! Just dumb…

I had ordered two pizzas over a month ago and unfortunately one of them was really bad. I got a “credit” for a future order for a free pizza. I called today and inquired if I could get that pizza today and I was denied any sort of credit. I’ve worked at papa John’s for over 7 years in my life and we always made sure our credits weren’t forgotten and to make our customers satisfied. Now that I’ve gotten a bad pizza, no refund or credit or any sort of compensation, I highly do not recommend this place for guests who want a good experience. It’s as simple as a pizza but it matters. I will not be returning. Go to papa John’s yall.

I visited this location with my cousins to celebrate my little cousin’s birthday. I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese, and caramelized onions at 7:47 PM. Unfortunately, my order had to be remade twice, and I didn’t receive the correct pizza until 9:03 PM, nearly two hours later. In total, I had three different pizzas:

The first was just pepperoni with no extras. The second had pepperoni, cheese, and caramelized onions, but only four slices of pepperoni on top. When I questioned it, the cook/manager, Will, said there were “extra pepperoni under the cheese,” but after checking, there were only 5¾ slices total, not even the standard eight slices for “extra” that he claimed was allowed. He then offered to give me the missing slices separately, which at that point was frustrating after waiting so long. The third pizza was finally correct, thanks to the other manager, Tavion, stepping in.

While I was there, I saw at least 6 or 7 other orders made incorrectly, which tells me this isn’t just a one-time mistake; it’s a bigger issue with the kitchen staff paying attention to details.

That said, I want to give credit where it’s due: Shauna at the register was sweet and professional under pressure, even though the problems weren’t her fault. Tavion, the manager, was excellent; he was calm, professional, and proactive in fixing mistakes and keeping upset customers calm. Coming from someone who’s held leadership roles, I can say they both handled a challenging situation very well.

Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the rest of the kitchen staff. There needs to be serious attention to why so many orders are wrong and the accuracy is so poor. Shauna and Tavion: keep up the great work. Kitchen crew: please double-check orders and take more pride in your work.

NO STAR!!!

BRAND NEW BANK CARD first/ONLY USE at this Pizza Hut – visiting a friend I ordered a few items to be delivered.

This location uses Door Dash (and sometimes a CALL CENTER to take orders for them). Therefore, I emphatically asked if they extended my card and other info to Door Dash: they said, “no”! I asked the phone rep if she was at actual location or call center; she said at location! She then asked for ALL card info, even 3-digit code on back.

Hour after ordering and food delivered, a Door Dash rep called asking for payment/card info (I’m like you delivered the food and knew it had been paid for already). I said why do you need that because I paid over phone via a Pizza Hut Rep. I also checked my bank account and the transaction or money had already been processed/deducted.

Call was suspicious, and I surely did not give the person my info – told her to call Pizza Hut about it!

Post that call, I decided to turn my card off manually because I was uneasy about the call. A few hours later I received an ALERT from my bank that a Pacific Cost Cash App transaction was declined because my card was off! To GOD be the GORY!

I terminated the card (which was still off) and ordered a new one! POINT/WARNING: Between Pizza Hut and Door Dash, someone tried to steal money from my account right after I ordered … and failed because card was off! If you have ever visited this location, most of the time reps are standing outside smoking because they receive little foot-traffic (i.e., mostly call in orders). Maybe 2 or 3 workers on inside!

Imagine giving your name, address, card info and someone writing it down OR mishandling info by giving it to a random Door Dash rep! Like I said, one of the two! NEVER AGAIN will I support this location with cash or a card because Pizza Hut is responsible for securing my info because that’s who I gave it to!

THE FOOD: The Pizza, etc., were not worth the money or the time!

Just left this location after placing an online order. Fortunately I looked at my order before returning home and noticed it was completely wrong. The manager mentioned she couldn’t accommodate us for an inconvenience on their end. We ordered sausage chicken but received diced chicken. We would’ve had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to make the correct order. We decided to just leave with the wrong order but manager assured that a credit would be applied to my account. I will check early next week to see if this is the case. But highly disappointed in this service as I frequent this location often. Prices are already high so poor service should not be tolerated especially if it’s not the customer’s fault.
