3/7/26 …We tried this store today after a very long hiatus …Immediately remembered why We are not fans. First off..requested extra sauce and paid for extra cheese that We didn’t receive. Pizza was beyond bland..Unfrozen grocery store pizza is a much better deal with flavor for less than nine bucks vs the nearly nineteen that We paid, tasted and tossed . Too Many pizza options out there better than this.

So I placed an order last night @8:25.
After an hour I called them to ask for an update since in the app it said “still preparing”.
The guy who answered the phone told me it’s been ready along with 4 others but he has no delivery drivers ?
So my food was ready for idk how long and the guy didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let us know that he had no drivers but instead made us wait.
How can you run a store and not have any drivers. I mean if that was the case then you should have called each customer who placed an online delivery order to inform them there are no drivers.
I left a tip online too.
So if you could refund the tip I left that would be great!

I placed order with Whitney. I asked about specialty pizzas and she replied that they were online. That should tell you everything you need to know about this location. Even after this, I ordered a large pizza- original crust, Italian sausage, extra pepperoni, extra sauce, extra marinara, extra cheese. Got extra pepperoni, but that was it. Plus it was cold. $23 for a horrible pizza! Taco Bell would have been better. Avoid this place at all costs!

Not at all what I expected. The pizzas were a lot smaller than before. Also the bread sticks were really small. And the marinara cups are a joke! The new pizza is a lot littler than it looks in pictures but tasted good. I ordered BBQ wings but got buffalo hot! We couldn’t even eat them. Very disappointed this time. Pizza Hut use to always be our favorite.

Restaurant looked almost unsanitary, only one person was wearing one glove. The girl at the front isn’t pleasant, ever. It was obvious they were backed up tonight; everyone was working hard trying to keep up, while she stood at the register, not helping, braided her hair in front of all the customers…….. and then went to the kitchen and messed with food.

They’ve been steadily going downhill for months. Recently we’ve started getting cold pizza on delivery and the last time they sent the wrong pizza…twice. We asked them to remake the pizza since it was wrong and contained mushrooms. The remade pizza came with one ingredient of the 5 we ordered. Not sure what has changed recently but there is no attention to detail nor pride in their work.

Paid for my food to be delivered. The delivery driver never got out of the Car he called my house one time and then left. I have a spot to set stuff outside of my gate and there was absolutely no reason he should not have left my food and my kids were not able to eat absolutely disrespectful.

3 stars because we place a large order for a monthly fellowship and the staff has been amazing. When I accidentally didn’t set a future time when placing and paying for the order this afternoon, the staff was very friendly and understanding. They assured me it would be made at our customary pick up time of 7:00 pm. When I arrived to pick up the order there had been a shift change and no communication. Still understandable, I explained the situation and said I had no problem waiting for the order to be filled. The staff was extremely rude and said they didn’t have anything to make the order and would return it. There was no mention of that supply shortage a few hours prior when I spoke to the aftrrnoon staff. That was the only option….basically cancel my order when I have a group of people waiting to eat. They were making other orders, but refused to fulfill the one I had paid for. I do NOT see a refund on my account. This is NO way to treat a loyal customer or any customer for that matter.

So I ordered online and when I get here it’s not ready. It’s supposed to be ready in five minutes and I ordered an hour ago. When I walk in, the person making the food has no gloves on and is snacking from the toppings she’s putting on MY PIZZA. The manager says it was just put in and will be ready soon. I confirmed that was MY pizza I just saw go in. The manager confirmed. I then asked with a look of disgust on my face about them not wearing gloves. With a look of disgust on her face, the manager then said not if we wash our hands. The manager then went back, said something to the worker, who then looked at me, and then did whatever. I chose this location as I noticed in another location they did not wear gloves, had dirty finger nails, answering phones, handling money then making the food without washing their hands. A true disgrace the food industry has become. It’s not like my dollar makes a difference in whether I eat here or not, but I’m good on it. I rather make my own.
