Read a lot of reviews about bad customer service in here but didn’t feel that in the store. Food was very well put together. The chicken tasted a little dry but that is more of a personal preference. Overall a somewhat decent place to visit for good việt food.

Food is good, some better than others. Drinks are good as well, some better than others. Their drinks are very sweet in my opinion but the coffees do hit the spot for me. Their Thai green tea is good as well. Their egg rolls are good but a bit pricey but I still order them sometimes. I like their banh bot chiến. Some soup dishes are lacking in flavor, but other dishes like their bun cha Hanoi is really good. I also like their tofu, pork, mam plate which I forgot the name of. Their rice plates are good but the protein portions are very small. I do like their drink options though.

I visited on a Sunday morning and want to order milk tea, but I was informed that all tea options were sold out, including milk tea and fruit tea. This was surprising for me because as tea-based drinks make up the majority of the menu, and it was still early in the day.
I have also visited previously for hotpot, and had similar issues. The service was quite slow, and several items we ordered were unavailable as well. While I understand that restaurants can occasionally run out of certain items, this has happened consistently during my visits.
Overall, I hope these problems can be addressed, as the concept has potential, but the execution has been disappointing so far in my opinion.

It looks very unassuming from the outside, but it’s cute on the inside! It’s decorated to be reminiscent of an alley in a night market. I got desserts and drinks at Phi Coffee & Tea. Get the Sea Coffee, and if you like tofu desserts then grab a six pack of the Tofu Pudding from their fridge of prepared desserts. Yes. Six pack. An appropriate amount, trust me. Also, give their corn milk a try!

I just got it delivered with UE and I was so happy with my Vietnamese coffee I could cry. ✨️ they have an option. For it to come no ice Togo and it looks sketchy if you’ve never had Vietnamese coffee before but it’s concentrated so you add your own ocean at home and it’s perfect and it’s not watered down like it could be in delivery. Plus I got the pork grill patty rolls. So delicious ❤️

The food here is great, especially the chay gio re, but recently, I was craving it and went in to order and sat down. I waited about 15 minutes just for them to bring it out and not have the sauce. They said they were out since the morning, which is understandable. However, they did not tell me about this until after I paid and sat down and waited. Furthermore, I door-dashed some today and they did not call me to tell me there was no sauce. I received it and had to eat it plain. Overall the food is good but the service has just been horrible.

I ordered the Fried Rice and was pleasantly surprised by what came out. It was very delicious and the staff here are very friendly. I just needed an atmosphere to do some homework and the environment here is the perfect place to do that!

We ordered the bún chả Hanoi, hủ tiếu nam vang, cơm tấm sườn with green Thai tea and the original Phi milk tea.
The bún chả Hanoi was delicious and tasted very authentic- the presentation was an added bonus. Was also surprised the hủ tiếu nam vang’s broth was very flavorful and clear.
Other reviews stated bad service but we didn’t have a problem; it seems like it’s your typical Vietnamese restaurant service.
Overall, the food and drinks were delicious and decor was cute.
