I went in and ordered a big box pizza deal for $19. I made a special request to please box the cinnamon sticks by themselves and to please do not let it touch any of the pizza due to my child having a severe allergy to cinnamon. The sweet lady at the counter and the two awesome people cooking really went above and beyond the call of customer service. They came up and told me they will absolutely take great care of my request. I stood inside as it’s really cold outside. I watched as they washed everything they were going to use for my order so that there would be no cinnamon to touch her pizza. They put her and her allergy first and foremost! They boxed everything up and walked it to me and showed me that there was no cinnamon whatsoever near her pizza and it was in a complete different box from the pizza’s. I can’t thank this team enough for being as awesome as they were tonight. The pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were hot and fresh and so good!! Thank you all again for being so amazing tonight!!

I absolutely love this location! This place made me fall in love with Pizza Hut again! I could literally come in five minutes before closing, and my pizza is still going to be hot. The ingredients are still going to be fresh and my order will be correct! Customer service is always amazing! If my family and I are going to eat Pizza Hut, we will go out of our way to travel just to this location.

They outsource their delivery and a lot of issues happen in the process was missing four of my items and due to me doing cash on top of doordash being the middleman no compensation

Disgusting and disappointing anyone? Pizza hut has always been a little cheat sheet, a nice go to for Nostalgia and family adventure. This place is no different. It’s clear why Pizza Hut is remembered fondly but not currently looked at fondly the day or always makes you feel a warm sense of pride especially with how big the box is, it makes you think your about to enjoy a 90’s lovefest with your family and relax. But soon you realize this is 2024 and the flavors, and food isn’t what you remember it. We as a family made it through 1/2 a pizza before we had the swift intent to trash the rest. Also, I’m not even sure what these wings were, because they weren’t seasoned. It literally felt like someone spit the seasoning on the wings and shook them, there was not even close to enough of it. Even the dry old donut holes were no good, it probably could have been made to feel a bit better but the warm Mountain Dew quickly reminded me of playing a PS2 game that just was a knock off of what I really wanted. Pizza Hut is that knock off now they do do nothing original and seldom hit the spot; it’s sad to know it’s not even hitting that Nostalgic spot anymore.

Close this Pizza Hut down and rehire! This is the worst one in Winston. They can never make a pizza fresh or correctly. My BBQ brisket pizza had dry, nasty meatballs on it instead of real brisket like advertised on the menu. This is my second issue with them, and I’ve had enough. The staff has horrible customer service, and the pizza always tastes old. I’m taking my money to Marco’s Pizza. ✌

Waited on my food for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Kept calling the store and got hung up on, on multiple occasions. They did not pick up the phone unless I called from a different #. Got lied to and said the order left the store. Called again and got a completely different story. I have every conversation recorded, I will never order from here again. I got my food and the pizza was cold and the wings were soggy. 0/10 would never recommend.

Our delivery driver was professional and super nice. Our pizza was NOT what we ordered at all. We ordered roasted garlic cheese sticks and were sent bacon cheddar cheese sticks. Our salad was sent without a fork. We were staying in a hotel for a doctor’s appointment and didn’t have a fork with us so we couldn’t eat the salad. Probably the worst delivery order we have ever received! A huge waste of money. Would have been better off eating cheese crackers out of the vending machine!

This Pizza Hut is by far one of the worst in terms of customer service. If you order curbside service, you most likely will have to walk in because they can’t be bothered to bring the food to you. When you go inside you’ll stand there for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges your presence. If you order delivery it’s going to take forever and partially because they use Door Dash to deliver now instead of dedicated drivers. However, I had a question in about an order once, I called and the employee asked if I could hold and of course I said yes. Then I sat there for about 10 minutes with no return. I could only imagine if I had called to place an order. If you’re considering ordering here…DON’T. I’m aware this is not the most glamorous job and the higher ups couldn’t be bothered to give their employees a liveable wage, but at least answer the phone..
