Spent almost an hour there for the lunch buffet, had no idea that the lunch offering was so limited. The entire time I was there only 2 fresh pies came out, the rest of the bar was empty when I got there and remained so when I left, I had to go wait at the counter several times for a drink refill they could at least make the drink fountain accessible so we can self serve….

The service was great. The food was hot & fresh. The value for what I got was good. I was surprised though with the paper plates. When it is not busy, they use paper plates when short staffed. Some updates may be in order. The menus were old photcopies printed on computer paper. Perhaps a budget saver as well. Overall, my exprerence was good. It just missed the atmosphere Pizza Hut once had.

I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza and the Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake. The pizza was fair. Slightly over done.the pasta was horrible. It was very overdone, dry and poorly seasoned. Service was mediocre. Price would have been ok if the food was actually been edible. Lastly I think the refund policy at this location is unfair. A 5 dollar credit or a remake. Overall this yadkinville location should be avoided. Tables were dirty, food was lacking. Final thought is that I personally will never stop at this location again. I will not recommend this location. My visit was on 11/21/25.

Every time we go, there are problems. They won’t always let you dine in the dining area. If you do, you sometimes have to order at the counter and go to the counter for extra drinks or anything else you might need. They are notorious for being out of pan pizza dough at any given time. The last time we were there, we had 3 people wanting to order med pan pizzas, they only had enough dough for one. We requested that since they had the dough for large pans, they should give us a large pan instead, the manager said no, they couldn’t do that. Note, we were the only people in the restaurant at 6pm. No wonder no one else was there!

Tried coming here for the second time. Won’t be back. First time we were told to sit and someone would come take our order. Waited over 10 mins and nobody came. We got up and left. Tried again tonight and actually got waited on. Salad bar wasn’t really that refreshing. Could’ve definitely had fresher items. Placed our order. I ordered Chicken Alfredo pasta. Wife ordered a pizza. Order came out in reasonable time. Wife’s pizza was good. However my pasta wasn’t. I noticed something didn’t taste right about it. Server came back and I asked her if this was the cheesy chicken Alfredo. She said yes. I said that’s not what I ordered. She replied that it comes with cheese unless you ask for it to be left off. Well if that’s the case then why is there a chicken Alfredo and a cheesy chicken Alfredo on the menu? Let’s not even talk about the price we paid. We could’ve went somewhere else and spent less money and got a better meal along with better service. Like I said after 2 strikes we won’t be back.

Went in to eat at 7:40pm on 9/9/25 and was told the dining room is closed because her back is killing her and if we wanted something we would have to order it to go. I didn’t go inside to order to go I went inside to sit down and eat. So SERVICE sucked and as far as the FOOD it sucked to because we didn’t get any. We went to Little Richard’s BBQ which was happy to serve us unlike the worker that was in Pizza Hut in Yadkinville NC

Food was good, the waitress was horrible. Acted like it was a huge inconvenience that she had to help us. When she took our order, I told her thank you and she just turns and walks away.

The pizza Tasted sour , when we walked in we were told to sit on one side of the place and we had to order up front didn’t even get ask if we’d like to see a menu. The pizza came out in a box not the pan like it should be. Nobody came to see if we needed drinks or anything else. It really sucked. Won’t go back at all!!!
